Well, given that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex put her immigration status into the United Kingdom in jeopardy with their “moving to Canada” tantrum, she’s still technically a U.S. Citizen…
The UK requires a certain period of continuous residence in the UK for any legal resident alien who is applying for citizenship status. They absconded to Canada before she’d spent the legally required amount of time in the country. Whomp. Whomp.
