Accepting that his presidential bid will fail, Libertarian vice presidential candidate Bill Weld on Tuesday obliquely urged voters to vote for Hillary Clinton.
In a Tuesday statement addressed to “those in the electorate who remain torn between two so-called major party candidates,” the former Massachusetts governor told Republicans not to vote for the GOP nominee out of “fear for our country.”

When I wrote about Weld’s intentions on an earlier post and I suspect that the Libertarian Party is so desperate for being relevant with the D.C. crowd that they are willing to sacrifice their beliefs for it. This cements my position.

(Begin Tin Foil Hat Alert): I suspect that Weld is a Democrat operative sent (or paid) to the Libertarian party to deflect their voters towards them to cover the hole created by the Bernie Drones fully engaged in #NeverHillary. I am willing to bet that six months after the election, he will return to the DNC bosom and shall be welcomed with open arms… if Hillary wins. Or he will find himself “suicided” if she loses. Unfortunately for the Libertarian party, virginity is lost once and never recovered. Yes, there are surgeries to reconstruct the hymen, but people will still know you got shafted and deeply.

So we have that pipe bombs have been regulated by the federal government for well over seven decades, yet we hear about pipe bombs being used almost everywhere.  Basically the National Firearms Act is one law as useless as lactating glands on a space porcine when the people decide that they are going to ignore them. And the absurdity of expecting people to get a DD license to build a pipe bomb for sale is just proof that the intention of the law was never to “regulate” but rather to discourage.

It is not too far to assume that if you are not a Hillary Cult Member (I don’t think supporters won’t be enough anymore) you will either remains silent if she wins or be ready to be treated to a cranial reconstruction by her drones. And if you think you will receive justice, just remember there is no longer equal protection under the law applied in this country. Her minions will be spared or barely punished and you will be arrested, tried and sued for staining the sledgehammer with blood and not following the proper blood borne pathogen safety procedures.

I know some people have resented this meme, but we are no longer on position to play games.

I believe that Heinlein’s Polite Society comment will be very relevant in the near future.  We might find ourselves with the need to teach some impolite mother***ers how to behave.

NEW YORK — Three-quarters of nearly 53,000 guns used to commit crimes in New York were originally purchased in another state, New York’s attorney general said Tuesday.

The report released by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is intended to pressure the federal government and state governments to enact stricter gun control laws.

Pennsylvania is second and three times lower that NY State in “providing” guns to criminals. For the heck of it, I checked Florida’s gun tracing data and found something surprising:

It seems that the NY Iron pipeline is suffering a blowback and even with those great gun control laws in place, they are managing to export firearms to Florida. I did a quick check on neighboring states (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut) and to states as far as Alaska, and Washington and guess what? NY guns ended up in those states. So, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman should get off his moral coin-operated supermarket pony, go after violent offenders and not worry about gun owners outside his state.

First, don’t act like a guilty man or woman. When the first words out of your mouth are, “I want my lawyer,” you have done a surprisingly good imitation of a street-wise criminal. What is any self-respecting cop supposed to think? Dead body + gun + “I want my lawyer” = jail. If, on the other hand, the officer hears, “My life was threatened, I had to shoot,” he forms a slightly different picture. In addition, if he first learned of the incident by a call from you to 9-1-1, and at that time you indicated that you were the victim of a robbery (or whatever crime caused you to believe your life was in danger) then he forms a different picture of the call before he even gets there.

This is a very important article. I am tired of seeing videos and posts around the web where total idiots tell you upfront to say nothing other than “I want my lawyer” and shut down. I am still amazed that people who will spend thousands of dollars in firearm training, will go cheap and relay on a free video by some unknown person.

The legal battle requires a different set of tactics. You can go macho, thump your chest and more likely end up behind bars or you can play smart and set yourself for as little as future legal problem as you can by acting smart. It comes included in the whole “Don’t Play Stupid Games” package.
