The diagram of the racial makeup of the shooters mirrors almost to a T the racial makeup of America. In fact, blacks are represented 4% more in the shooter category than in population. Would be more if they would ever count gang shootings as mass shootings.
Yes. There were two mass shootings in Chicago, but since those were just standard Chicago criminal activity they haven’t been mentioned.
