Mostly because his is way behind in the polls to as pro-Antifa candidate.

The Left does not believe in loyalty. They say they do, but even if you are politically sided with and fought for them, but your demise helps the cause, guess who is going to visit the bullet-poked wall in the back of the building?

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. The anti-fascist fascists never seem to remember the fate of Leon Trotsky, Ernst Rohm, the Bolsheviks in the Stalin purges, or many of those veterans of the Long March during the Cultural Revolution. What is truly sad is that the choice in Portland is between a spineless leftist appeaser or a communist.

  2. The left absolutely and completely believes in loyalty.

It is loyalty to the left, loyalty to the party. And, it is the driving force behind the first axiom of politics.

    1. Well, sort of. Loyalty to the boss of the day, and the ideas he supports today. If there’s a different boss tomorrow, or his ideas change 180 degrees, then that’s a new benchmark.
Consider communists around WW2. When Stalin was Hitler’s buddy, communists were anti-war. As soon as Hitler betrayed Stalin, communists became warmongers.
It’s partly opportunism and partly survival; nowhere is any principle or morality to be found.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
