PHILADELPHIA – A weekend meant to honor our fallen heroes, and usher in the start of summer, has been riddled with shootings in a city continually plagued by gun violence.
Thirty-two people became the victims of 22 shootings that erupted on the streets of Philadelphia during Memorial Day weekend. Seven of those victims have succumbed to their injuries.
There seems to be a commonality in thi locations, but I just can’t quite put my finger on it other than DeSantis not being the Governor. [end/sarcasm]
Miguel, is there a source which tracks gun violence in gun free zones? Or at least filters for gun free zone violence?
It appears Pritzker’s unarmed, yellow vested “peacekeepers” were as effective as the armed, blue helmeted “peacekeepers”.
