1. Americans will be evacuated if they come to the airports; we’re told that the terrorists will allow them to come.
2. Americans should not come to the airport but should shelter in place.
I suspect that Biden intends to define “want to be evacuated” as “presents himself at the airport for evacuation”. So when people follow instruction #2 he’ll treat that as justification to abandon them.
Will he get away with that?
