The screams of the little girl ripped my heart. My guess is that she got a dose of pepper spray because mom and daddy thought using her as a human shield would prevent the cops from aiming at them.

I’m usually iffy when it comes to believing Child Protection Depts. around the country but in this particular case I’d wholeheartely support their decision to move this poor kid to a more loving & caring home. With the video evidence, it is plainly obvious her current parents could not give a **** about her safety & wellbeing. Open and shut case. Next problem.
