Dear old ACLU doing its best to be irrelevant. They decided to join the Black Lives Matter crowd in the issue of Harith Augustus who got shot by Chicago PD. The initial word was spread that Mr. Augustus was brutally shot by the pigs of CPD while he was on  his way to church and he was not armed, of course. And as it happens, not only Mr. Augustus was armed, but he drew his weapon towards the officers. More at the end of this post.

Back to our friends of the American Civil Liberties (only the ones we like) Union. They decided to publish a Tweet with a damning message against Law Enforcement and a video with the names of Black people shot by police since 2016. Here is a screen capture.

One comment I read was that the ACLU was not making a difference between bad shootings by cops and justifiable shootings. I decided to check out the first 10 names in the list and, what do you know? Nine out if the ten were indeed police having to deal with criminals.

This is the crap that organizations that claim to be serious and upstanding, cannot fall for just because it makes good politics. The ACLU is not well liked by Gun Rights people for a long while now because their stance against the Second Amendment. But they cannot afford to lose credibility playing dumb rhetorical games or simply misguide followers in a day and age that a quick Google search can and will bring the facts of a case.

Let’s go back to the shooting of Harith August which led to protests in Chicago when social media was bombarded with the story he was unarmed and shot like a dog. Chicago PD release both pictures and body cam video of the confrontation and guess what? Mr. Augustus did have a gun and make the stupid mistake of resisting arrest and draw his gun with cops around.

The ACLU instead of pouring more Napalm to the fire should have asked people to remain calm till the evidence is present, the same thing the NRA does and has worked wonderfully. But as the suspicious sucker that I am, I have to reckon if they joined the false narrative knowing that the lie will travel far and joining the chorus will maybe bring them some much-needed donations? Unfortunately, in this day and age we cannot longer assume they are doing stuff wrongly because of ignorance and with innocence in their harts.

So, where is the McArthur causeway built that it may encounter corrosion? Lemme check a map really quick:

The Google orange marker shows the causeway on Biscayne Bay and that big field of blue to the right? It is a clue called the Atlantic Ocean.  Since it inception 90 something years ago, the McArthur causeway has been standing over sea water. Now, it may be news to the latest crop of both journalists and engineers, but stuff that is prone to corrosion will do so in the proximity of an ocean shore.

I am sure there are other reasons why there are corrosion issues with the overpass, but jet skis are not it.

I touched briefly about Abolish ICE and Cui Bono (Who benefits) from having a border unchecked and insecure.  First we have the Democrats in a dual-prong action: trying to embarrass the current administration and hoping to have more future voters. The second group of beneficiaries are more sinister and I would not be surprised if they are funding directly or indirectly both the #abolishICE movement and the politicians behind it: The Mexican Drug Cartels.

For either one of the groups supporting that our borders need to be fully open, I give you a small sample of what those who will benefit by it will bring to the United States.

The following is very graphic, we are talking ISIS-level shit that is happening just across the border, the border a bunch of fucking idiots want completely unprotected. This is what is coming to a neighborhood near you…or yours.

This is not Hollywood horror movie. And no, you are not butch enough because you saw Sicario twice on cable. These fuckers, pound per pound give ISIS a run for their money. This is what the crowd protesting in front ICE locations across the country will, knowingly or unknowingly, end up having to see every day.

Journalists are scared about Trump calling them Fake News? Since 2011 till this year, 115 journalists have been murdered in Mexico. Or to make it a bit more impressive: Since 2000, a grand total of 223 journalists have been assassinated and that does not include bloggers or others in Social Media that have dared to criticize or inform the comings and goings of the Mexican Drug cartels. Since Trump’s inauguration, 21 journalists have been killed in Mexico. In the US an equal number complain that the barista at the local coffee-house spelled their name wrong on their cups and threatened to call corporate.

o again I ask: Cui Bono? Who will benefit for ICE to be abolished? And who will be the accomplices of the mass murders and beheadings and other shit the Cartels will do in our country?
