One my favorite blogs is Lagniappe’s Lair. Murphy’s Law (or just plain Murphy) is a great story-teller, but what cinches it is his two dogs who are his lovely and funny cross to bear. So I saw this animated GIF and immediately thought about his dog Miss Memphis Belle:

Met Murphy and the pups in September. Very nice & interesting man and the pups were delightful during dinner.
Yep, knowing those two dogs, Murphy would be standing watch while Belle dug… sigh
