Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

The body panels may be bulletproof, but what about the windows? I’m noticing a suspicious lack of impacts on the glass….
What was in the shotgun rounds? Birdshot?
road trip to chitown…. heh heh..
bet I have some rounds that will make holes..
As someone with some experience in the subject . . . gimme a few minutes and that won’t be so bulletproof.
“a handgun, tommy gun & shotgun, withstanding impact from 9-mm, 45-caliber & 12-gauge rounds”
.
Now show me how it handles 5.56mm, .30-caliber (all flavors), and .338 rounds. Maybe a .50BMG as a bonus.
.
Also, test the windows. No impact means no proof.
The “tests” appear to be NIJ IIIA equivalent or the lowest level of vehicle armor. Typically cars are armored to NIJ III+ or IV, which will stop common 7.6×39, 5.56 and 7.62×51 rounds but won’t stop .30-06 M2 ball. I think an AR-15 with M855 green tip would punch some very embarrassing holes although it would be more fun to go low tech with a,.44 Magnum lever action.
Let’s see … To keep things on a level playing field, can I try it with a railgun? (Electrically powered, dontcha know.)
.
Hey, I’ll even run it off the Logan’s Run-mobile’s battery.
A Tommy gun? REALLY??? I know it was shitcongo, but I think we can nix the Al Capone homage and go with something from the early 2020’s instead of the 1920s. At the very least go with a 1911 if your dead set on using a early .45. Geez.
And ya, I’d be a bit more impressed if the glass had even a hit of a half dozen .22 splashes on them instead of nothing since when does not one hit occur on a vehicles glass.
But is it proof against water pistols?
