Via Shall Not Be Questioned we get a decision by U.S. District Judge Yvette Kane where she says she could find no proof that courts have extended Second Amendment protections to include recreational hunting.
So… the Second Amendment is not about hunting after all, huh? Where did we hear the opposite? Oh yes!
