Cuomo commutes 4 convicted murderers’ sentences in final hours as governor
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo commuted the sentences of four people convicted of murder as one of his last acts as governor.
“The march towards a more fair, more just, more equitable, and more empathetic New York State is a long one, but every step forward we can take it [sic] worthwhile and important,” Cuomo said in a press release. “These clemencies make clear the power of redemption, encourage those who have made mistakes to engage in meaningful rehabilitation, and show New Yorkers that we can work toward a better future. I thank all the volunteer attorneys representing clemency applicants for their dedication and service to justice.”
Additionally, 76-year old David Gilbert, who was convicted of second-degree murder and four counts of first-degree robbery in 1983, saw his case referred to the Parole Board.
Gilbert is the Weather Underground convict father of San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin, who is currently killing his city.
The Weather Underground committed a number of terrorist bombings against the United States, including the Capitol and Pentagon. They declared war against the United States and actually killed people.
Cuomo have one of them clemency on his way out.
But I’m supposed to be concerned about people waving flags in the US Capitol Building and cursing at politicians.
Um… fuck no.
Cuomo was and still is a communist. Apologists and liars will claim he governed NY as a moderate, and superficially that might be true, but it’s only because he couldn’t get away with doing what he wanted at this point in time. Never forget, during the twilight of Obama’s second term, when he realized he could get away with it, Cuomo flew down to Cuba and rubbed shoulders with the Castro regime. He did this not as an emissary of America or for the sake of diplomacy. He wasn’t a federal official and had no means by which to negotiate or make deals with the Cuban government. Cuomo did this because he looks at the Castro regime as an ideal to live up to. The pictures of him with his grotesque smile, proudly shaking hands with a communist despot are utterly revolting.
Wikipedia identifies Gilbert as an “activist.” I guess robbery and murder are just normal parts of activism.
We must keep this in mind.
Just take a look at the proud boy that just got sentenced to 5 months in jail for burning a BLM flag that he pulled down from a church.
Just how much prison/jail time has been given out to people that destroyed Trump signs or pulled down statues?
Perfect opportunity to put a bullet through Gilberts head and if his communist shit son is with him, smoke his ass too…
Do not be surprised if Mr. Gilbert gets a wonderful well paying position in the SF School Administration. With a wonderful pension attached.
