Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. If it’s all gasoline, that’s about 400 lbs. If the roof or roof rack can handle the weight, I’d be inclined to throw a sheet of plywood up there, and then hide it with a tarp. Maybe just some of it up there, as it may get a bit top heavy. Still, you want to cover it up for security purposes, and to keep the sun off it.

  2. Not with a tarp. Static electricity and gasoline vapors. Not a good mix. I’d rather that they sat in the hot sun.

Biggest risk, really, is the security issue. And overloading that cheap hitch carrier from wally world, since it’s leaning a bit to the right.

    At least he has gas.
