I read somewhere that he can take his case to the Florida Senate for review, but fat chance that they will give him the time of day with a Republican majority and a well-liked governor.

Ex-sheriff “Amazing Leadership” should reimburse the tax payers for wasting the courts time.
Nice document. I notice he mentioned that the Sheriff “[inserted] into the Broward County Sheriff’s Officer Active Policy that a deputy ‘may’ enter the area or structure to engage an active shooter and preserve life”.
I suppose that was pointed out before but I hadn’t seen it quite so plainly. That’s quite a damning item. It’s one thing to point out that police have no legal duty to protect people, but quite another to say that when they come to a crime scene they may, or may not, do anything about it.
Holy crap that was dank. How many times does “Amazing Leadership” Israel need it on official record that he is incompetent before he gets the message?
