One of the things I do to counter boredom is to do online surveys. It also gives me an idea what researchers are looking/studying for by the way they present the questions and give you available answers.
I got one survey today, all related to the pandemic and this question did call my attention:

Yeah, but according to Movie Rules there has to be a “ka-snick” sound every time a gun is seen, handled, or referred to. Even when the gun doesn’t have a slide. Even revolvers.
Showing a round ejecting is optional, so most movies don’t bother to show that.
