That said, take pictures of him, do a search for wants and warrants, and then pay him a visit at 4:00AM to serve said warrants, maybe with a little resisting arrest thrown in for good measure.

Stuff like this proves that the bad guys know that “police brutality” is a myth and they are relying on it being so. They know they can do these things and get away with them.
