Check the video and the transcript. Notice that this is not an off-the-cuff remark but a prepared written statement.

Limiting magazine capacity is critical because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.”
And then we have her comments about PTSD (starting at 2:36):
“The problem with expanding this is that, you know, with the advent of PTSD, which I think is a new phenomenon as a product of the Iraq War, it’s not clear how the seller or transferrer of a firearm covered by this bill would verify that an individual was a member, or a veteran, and that there was no impairment of that individual with respect to having a weapon like this.”
I am sorry, but this is not a person in proper control of her faculties. It may be a temporary thing brought by the stress of finding her Gun Control bills crash and burn when she probably thought they could not be but approved instantly after Sandy Hook. She has been at this basically since she was elected to the Senate in 1992 and to see that the legislation that defined you is rendered irrelevant has to take a toll.
I am not going o be a hypocrite and shed crocodile tears for her but there is sadness to see somebody possibly starting to dip her toes into maelstrom of madness.
Though i hate to be the one who brings up movies, someone should sit her down and show her “Patton” the scene with the shell shocked soldier, PTSD is a fancy name given to an age old problem.
Also yes, she is insane.

I would like to know where she seems to think hunting humans is legal, and what she thinks of all the shell-shocked veterans from WW1 and 2 and the Vietnam war.

I think Senator Stupid meant that it was legal to have15+ round magazines but wanted to sensationalize it with the “hunting humans” remark. But still, this is madness, or teh stoopid is monumental in this case.
It is NEVER legal to hunt humans in and of itself in the sense that she means, regardless of what weapon one uses. (War against an enemy, foreign or domestic, on the other hand…)

She did forget that the “brave bystanders” are generally not allowed to carry a gun and could not do much while the criminal is changing the 10 round magazine except perhaps hit them with their IPhone.
At least not in her state! She is psychotic, and yes it might be time to put her to pasture. I am so glad I don’t live in her state!

Due to her disrespect of the Constitution (she actually really thinks her legislation is legitimate) and if she chooses burial over cremation, I plan to have a party and then do a dance on her grave when she passes. Scum, despots, tyrants all deserve such treatment. I know it’s a petty gesture.

“Glory hound” actually seems to fit, Daniel, as she saved her gun ban until she thought what was the right moment– unless she sacrificed her ban to soften us up for Schumer’s universal registration sneak attack.
I still think that she was channeling Joe Biden, though.
Unfortunately, being President, USSC Justice, or legislator does not come with a requirement to be sane. We have had instances of insanity in all of those positions in the past. I find it disturbing that Tumor, Fineswine and the rest of her ilk can impose this mental health idiocy in order to exercise a fundamental, basic human right upon the citizens but it doesn’t apply to the ones who are charged with upholding our principle governing documents.

She is clearly unfit to represent anyone, and fails to grasp even the basic understanding of the English language, as demonstrated by this and her other recent remarks.
Just another reason for her constituents to recall her.

Wait, wait, wait… We are supposed to charge an active shooter when they pause for two seconds to reload, hope they don’t have a second gun (or left one in the chamber with a tactical reload), because heaven forbid we make the situation worse by drawning our own weapon and firing. And if we are successful, we should be tried for assault (or murder2) because Stand Your Ground is a dangerous vigilante law, and we should have just run away.
