A woman is beat in the head with a hammer for her purse.
But it’s okay, the attacker was probably just stealing money to buy diapers for his children. He’s the real victim.
The utter collapse of law enforcement in NYC due to bail reform and social justice prosecution has nothing to do with this.
If you live in a place where you can carry, do so.
Also, maintain your situational awareness. That’s good advice everywhere.
