Not only did Miami have less than one-tenth the deaths of NYC (2,223 vs 23,282) but they spent 96% less money to do that.

The problem is that NYC is not sinking fast enough for all the people to live there to drown. Gives time for them to flee and ruin everywhere else. Because they obviously can’t learn their damn lesson.
And you know what’s fucked up? They will still vote for Cuomo and Deblasio back into office.
