Cuomo and de Blasio fucked that city up. Cuomo is directly responsible for the deaths in nursing homes. The mishandling of public transportation made it worse.
Now they want Trump to pay for what they did.

It is why forgiving student loans is such a big issue with them, why they invented “systemic racism” and why Bader’s replacement is such a bid deal to them.
Failing to take responsibility for your own actions is a hallmark of the Left. Everything bad that happens is always someone else’s fault. Failing to accomplish a task is always someone else’s fault. You heard it in Obama’s speeches, he was constantly prefacing statements with “if only” or “but if”, and casting blame on others for his failures.
I live in upstate NY. I hope the Feds give the state nothing. Not a cent. In fact, I hope they send NY the bill for FEMA and force them to pay up. I’m not sure if Cuomo is the most evil, malicious politician in America, but he’s definitely in the top 5.
Another hallmark of the leftists is “the government should pay for it.” Always.
Here’s Cuomo saying without fear of contradiction that the Federal Government should pay the bill. And, you heard it last night from Biden. Every single “plan” he presented was to have the government provide money for something. Healthcare, climate change, COVID, etc… Biden always said the Government should be paying for something or another. The Government is an endless piggy bank that never runs out. That’s the leftists plan(s) across the board.
And, the leftists want to be in control of that piggy bank. They want to get as many people addicted to it as possible, and they want to be able to control who gets what and when. That is why they have to disparage Trump’s success with reducing unemployment in the minority communities, and it is why they want to keep their States and Cities locked down. Allowing individuals to actually generate and be in control of their incomes is stopping them from complete control.
