DOJ says that anybody selling a gun is to be considered a dealer and required to get a license, do the paperwork or face punishment, my brain just won’t stop associating current events.
Today, the Justice Department announced it has submitted to the Federal Register the “Engaged in the Business” Final Rule, which makes clear the circumstances in which a person is “engaged in the business” of dealing in firearms and thus required to obtain a federal firearms license, in order to increase compliance with the federal background check requirement for firearm sales by federal firearms licensees.
This struck me as very threatening..
And now I have to wonder if Bryan Malinowski was an object lesson about what is coming up.
Apropos of nothing, I believe I need to reread Unintended Consequences again.

The antis, and progressives in general, are throwing one heck of a tantrum. (I hate to use that word, as people are actually dying in actions like this raid and “tantrum” could be read as trivializing the behavior; but on a broad level it fits.)

The current administration has commissioned their attack dog, The ATF, to forcefully send a message to the entire firearms industry that the Obama-Biden administration will shoot first and not ask questions later. The message is, “You’re being surveilled, you’re considered dangerous, you could be next, we are watching you, so if you want safety from us find another line of work or engagement, stop selling firearms or you could be next….as in tomorrow.”
As I have stated before. The raid in Little Rock wasn’t a raid. It was a message. They could have easily arrested him at work or many other places but that wouldn’t allow them to send the message. And that message is blunt and blatant. BATFEces is telling ALL of us that they can murder any of us, anytime, anywhere, for any or no reason and they can do so with total legal impunity. THAT is the message. And it’s intended for EVERY gun owner.
The right of the people (US Citizens only since the constitution and bill of rights was a legal document for legal citizens) to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed is seen as a direct threat, as it was intended to be by the framers, to any government attempting to take control the US citizenry. The reasoning for the various types of strategic local area militias was to take up the responsibility of maintaining and protecting a “The Peoples’, the US Citizenries’ Free State.”

Today the current administration of the federal government has fired its first volley in their war against the Citizenry, The People, to take over and create this current Obama-Biden federal government’s system of a “Free State” i.e. a Obama-Biden tyrannical power over The People.

The Obama-Biden federal government has proclaimed to the entire nation that they and they alone, will be the only ‘necessity to the security of a free state’ and any and all others are now a threat to their system of security for The People. The People who oppose are therefore proclaimed to be the enemy of the Obama-Biden federal government and the members of the citizenry who support the Obama-Biden federal government.
