I really feel for the cops investigating this case. It is reported that they ended up crying and throwing up as they gathered the evidence against this … I really can’t find an appellative low enough to assign to this entity.
And about the sentence, it is not unusual in cases like this. Spain is lagging a century on how it deals with sexual predators. I have no idea on the rest of Europe, but I fear it may be similar.
