Predators roam the streets.

(CNN) – A video shows a pregnant woman being attacked by two teenagers in Massachusetts.

In the video, the victim, who is 5-months pregnant, can be heard screaming as her boyfriend steps in to defend her.

Moments later, an elderly man in a red hat tries to help keep her attackers away.

The victim reportedly told police one of the suspects said “I hope he dies. I will kill your kid.”

Teens accused of punching sick pregnant woman

I am disgusted by their actions, but not surprised. We have given violent criminal mentality not only a pass legally but it is celebrated culturally. If they use violence to satisfy whatever desires they have, it is something we must understand and feel pity about because of a host of excuse make to skirt responsibility. At the same time, predatory behavior is celebrated in song and film, creating a sub-culture that no longer respects people who are not a threat to them and enjoy victimizing.  But at the same time, when we are forced to use violence to stop them from killing us, then it is a bad thing we have done, an oppressive thing, uncaring and we will be punished for it.

Something has to give.

Stuffed Peppers

The Missus loves red bell peppers and I am not very fond of them for other than seasoning with onions. But I do owe her some nice chow so I go to it.

The trick is to get good pepper, core them out and steam them till they soften up. I followed a modified version of Cowboy Kent Rolling recipe (I did mine in the kitchen). In a covered pot with a 1/4 cup of chicken stock, it took about 20-25 minutes of medium heat for the peppers to cook. When they are done, LER THEM COOL OFF as the can break easy. Mine got almost too done and had to dry the inside with small balls of kitchen paper towels.

The stuffing is whatever recipe you like for a good ground beef. Mine was three medium onions finely chopped with two heaping tablespoons of minced garlic on hot oil. In a bowl, I hand mixed the ground beef with salt and McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning ( I am addicted to that thing) then into the pan with the garlic and onions. Once it has started to cook (medium high heat), I added some paprika and oregano and stirred till evenly cooked. and then out of the stove and into a colander to separate the liquid and leave with a “dry” ground beef. Also, let it cool off.

When everything was cool enough to work, I pre-heated the oven to 365. Placed the pepper carefully in a cast iron pan and again, carefully and with a spoon, I stuffed them with the ground beef. You will be amazed how much ground beef can go on a big bell pepper. Press down to compact, but not so hard you will burst the pepper. (I know, I am getting annoying). Top with mozzarella and shove in the oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the mozzarella is nice and melted and you can go ahead and re-top with more mozzarella or other cheese. I used both mozzarella and a leftover salad mix of parmesan, romano, pecorino and something else.  Back in the oven for 5-7 minutes and then switch to broil till cheese is golden brown.

Notice how two lost a little shape. I belive I left them too long steaming them.

Let them cool off for 5 minutes and serve.

And that is the autopsy in progress. I ate the stuffing and the Boss ate the cover after she was done eating her full pepper.

They are no hard to make at all, just be patient and careful. According the Missus, they were great and I am hired as her cook again.

Can we find a different poem

So Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez decided to defend her fellow traveler, Congresswoman Ilahn Omar, against Trump’s criticism by invoking the idea that Trump is a Nazi.

I don’t want to get into a deep dive as to why this is beyond both stupid and offensive.

What I want to say is: can we find a new poem to use?  The sentiment by Martin Niemöller hasn’t stood the test of time.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

You know what?  Fuck the socialists.  They killed 100 Million people in the 20th Century.

Do not link the socialists with the Jews.

The world would be a better place had more governments come for the socialists.

We’re getting dangerously close to having to come for the socialists in this country before the socialists come for us and turn the United States into Venezuela.

Perhaps trying to invoke sympathy for innocents with a poem that starts by defending the followers of Stalin, Mao, Ho Chi Minh, Pol Pot, Che, Castro, and Maduro is just bad.

This poem needs to go into the dustbin of history, along with the socialists.

I propose a different solution to the refugee crisis

So Robert Francis O’Rourke thinks that best way to help the people of Central America and Mexico is with more foreign aid.  That is on top of the $74.3 Billion in remittances they already received from their expatriates living in our country.

If we are going to spend tax payer money on this issue, here is my suggestion.

Spend that money on Raytheon, ATK, General Dynamics, Boeing, and the rest of the American defense industry by dropping heavy ordnance on the cartels and gangs causing the problems that these people are fleeing.

MS-13 is every bit as horrific as ISIS.  How about instead of bombing Syria, we bomb El Salvador for a while.

Find the fields where the cartels grow their drugs and drop the best defoliants the grandchildren of those Nazi bastards over at Bayer can develop on them, and the gang members too.

Nothing says “stop trafficking drugs into our country” more effective than having your chromosomes torn apart by the carcinogens uses to wilt the leaves of your marijuana and coca crop.

Yes, I’m a cruel fucker, and I really don’t care.

If you don’t think there is hisotrical precident for this, you are wrong.

Long before General George S. Patton was General Patton, he was Lieutenant Patton.

Francisco “Pancho” Villa launched attacks into the United States during his war in the north as part of the Mexican Revolution.

As a freshly commissioned officer, Patton let troops in the Punitive Expedition to kill or capture Villa’s lieutenants who were causing havoc in Texas.

It ended up, in typical Patton style, with Patton on a horse, shooting Mexicans with dual wielding 45 caliber revolvers.

If the Mexican cartels are coming across the border, killing our people, than a Pershing style Punitive Expedition, I believe, is warranted.

Kill the cartels and gang members as enemy combatants in their own countries, drag their corrupt leaders to the Hague for trail for crimes against humanity, and let the nations right themselves.

Personally, if we are going to spend billions of dollars (which seems unavoidable at this point), I’d rather it go to making warheads in Alabama and New Mexico than foreign aid payments to corrupt narco-state leaders or welfare to economic migrants escaping these narco-state banana republics.

If you cannot legally Open Carry….

It us called The Freedom Cover and it is a product from Florida. My guess it is based in the same principle of the paper bag covering the bottle of beer but without the benefit of not knowing what’s inside.

I believe we are watching a Defendant Zero moment. But hey, it is cheaper and easier that lobbying in Tallahassee for Open Carry…..for now.

Those who are not familiar with the paper bag thing, this clip from The Wire will give you a quick explanation.
