I saw this on Twitter last night and ignored it, but further information made it relevant.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was on Twitch last night.
For those of you who do not know what it is (which included me, because I am a functioning adult), Twitch is a video game live streaming service owned by Amazon, where you can watch other people play video games online. For, I guess, when you can’t even be bothered to play the game yourself.

Playing video games live on Twitch may not seem the most obvious way to get more Americans to the polls, but Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not one to take a conventional approach.
The Democratic congresswoman took the online streaming platform by storm Tuesday night when she livestreamed a game of “Among Us” against fellow Democrat representative Ilhan Omar and Twitch VIPs, such as pokimane, HasanAbi and Myth.

She has weaponized her brand name. You, a common Lefty prole , one of her supporters, can refer to her by her brand name that she cultivated, named her Twitter handle after, and basks in the glow of crowds chanting “A-O-C.”
Vice President Pence, and I assume other Republicans, can’t call her that because “it’s disrespectful.”
That is a typical Leftist double standard.
She is the same person who tries to cancel people online for racism for pronouncing a minority person’s name wrong, then accuses conservatives of racism for pronouncing her name in a “stereotypically Hispanic” way.
Clearly is it is a pivot point that allows her to always be a cry bully.
Use standard American practice and call her Alexandria Cortez. It’s 100% accurate and proper…and she HATES it.
I call her Occasional Cortex. More accurate still.

Also quite curious how she (is she an appropriate pronoun for a latinx?) seems to have disappeared from the news in the last year or so. I guess the bright new superstar of the Democrat party is not as big of a deal as everyone thought.

The best part is her choice of game: Among Us.
Among Us is a descendant of party games like Mafia, Town of Salem, or Werewolf (where one person is out to whack the rest of the players). The game takes place in a semi-sci-fi area and the crew has to perform various tasks to keep the base or ship running. While the imposter tries to kill them on the sly, of course.
Kinda makes you wonder, doesn’t it?
