There we have it.

Biden can’t trust that the troops protecting him and the Capitol are not loyal to Trump and will, like AOC said, be part of the conspiracy against the Democrats.

The military will undergo an ideological purge.

Anyone who supported Trump or traditional Right-Wing style patriotism will be driven out.

Only an ideologically pure military can be trusted to defend the Politburo Congress.

History is repeating itself.

I’ve watched this movie before.  It was called Doctor Zhivago.

  1. They’ll try via education programs, seminars for troops, etc. A physical purge will leave them with a shell of an organization that would be good at defending DC and not much else. Unless that’s the plan, to turn DC into a military zone to insulate themselves.

Right now they’ve got enough troops down there to take a city from a hostile enemy military. This idea that Democrats have of “armed Trump supporters” waging war come inauguration day is a fever dream. I’d be shocked at this point if anyone at all shows up.

  2. I was forwarded an email from a brigade commander out west that–if you took everything in the email and put it together–said that any soldier that continues to support Trump in any way (even as a private citizen, off duty and out of uniform) will be prosecuted under the UCMJ, or at the very least be stripped of their security clearances.

        1. If you don’t want to publish it here, Project Veritas might be a possible outlet. Or Breitbart. Or Wikileaks, that would be a delicious irony.

          Or all of the above.

    1. Unless that brigade commander was ham-fisted and stupid, it should be no different than the one released by the JCS, which was inoffensive.

  3. All the pictures I have seen show the soldiers carrying M4’s with no mag. I don’t if they gave all the troops one round, a la Barney Fife or if they have mags somewhere. Cuz other than that M4’s make poor clubs.

  4. I literally commented on this yesterday. It’s like whenever I spout some insane hyperbole and call me insane a day or two later they are saying something similar.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
