A woman has no chance to stand up against four men in a hand to hand fight.

A woman with a 9mm full of JHP does.

A gun is the great equalizer.

The cowboys knew this.  God created all men, Sam Colt made them equal.

This is why Bruen was such an important victory for everyone.

The Woke Left has let the criminal element of society run amok.

Law abiding citizens need effective tools of self defense to protect themselves.

  1. Unfortunately until We the People get prosecuters on Freedoms side we will be in grave danger of life altering prosecutions for defending ourselves…. Very very frustrating and sad

  2. Unfortunately she probably didn’t stand a chance either way since she was attacked from behind. I wonder if she had headphones in or if she had her nose buried in her phone?

  4. I agree that women should be armed.

I was at a meeting with a bunch of women a number of years ago. They were talking about what could be done about attacks on fellow women in a local parking garage. I suggested we carry firearms. They all stared at me (yes, it was in a leftist sort of meeting). After they all finished clutching their pearls, someone finally managed to ask, “And what if you killed someone?”

“Well, Karen… If someone attacks and tries to rape me, I’m happy that their dead. If that happened to every abusive ex and serial rapist, we’d either find that men caught onto the fact that they couldn’t do it with impunity anymore, or there would be a lot less of them because they were dead.” (Rapists, btw, not men.)

More than just being armed, though, women need to be aware. One of the biggest things I say ALL THE DAMN TIME is that women need to stop walking like prey animals. Because we frequently do. We all get hunched over, scurry like we’re being victimized even when we aren’t, we clutch our purses, we gather in our skirts… All that is wrong. It points out to any would-be rapist or burglar that you’re ripe for the picking.

Me, I walk tall and proud, whether I’m in a skirt or pants. I take up space. I don’t move for other people unless it’s the polite thing to do (meaning I don’t rush out of a man’s way just because he’s packing in his pants). I make eye contact. I wear a cross body bag, and keep my hand on it. I keep my eyes up, and my head on a swivel. I know my surroundings. I know where to go if I need to run, but plan to be in a position where I don’t have to run. I carry a weapon or three at any given time, and while I wouldn’t say I’m not afraid to use them (frankly I’d rather not use them), I’m certainly READY to use them.

The women I’ve managed to convince to try this method of walking “like a man” on the street, have all reported a lessening in both their anxiety and their negative interactions with men. The only males (not *men*) who would approach a woman to harass her on the street (ie catcalling, name calling, bordering on physical harassment, etc) are ones who aren’t strong enough to simply catch her eye and say hello. They won’t even approach someone who they can see would take them down, be it verbally or physically.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
