Maryland has weak Gun Laws? Really? But just some months ago, you guys were applauding a new batch of Gun restrictions signed into law by the governor. Your buddies from Giffords give the State an A Minus and it comes 7th in the states with “common sense” gun laws.
But suddenly Maryland is a threat to democracy for its “weak” gun laws, like it was Texas or Florida or Tennessee where any judge worth its salt is carrying a firearm as not to end like Judge Wilkinson.
Then again, there is no loyalty among the criminals, the Authoritarians and the Liberals.
Lawyers, judges and lawgivers, have for decades, made laws and rulings, that are against decency, safety and the spirit of the “law”. I have seen good men screwed by the “court”, too many time in my life. This is because, lawyers, judges and lawgivers have come to believe that they are untouchable.
I am glad to see, finally, some wronged man, has shown them, they are touchable.
Um, did you just say that murdering judges is ok if you think they ruled wrongly?
I’m all for impeaching judges who do that, but misconduct is not a justification for murder.
dana, I’m going to take your meaning to be, that corruption within the judicial constructs potentially affects…….everyone eventually, and no one is safe from the consequences caused by wrong-corrupt law and subsequent judgments. It is true that if a person enables evil, they should expect to be victims of that same evil, in time. But I will agree with gpkoning’s assertion, remain lawful even in the face of judicial misconduct.
Brady believes any laws less restrictive than the UK are weak, that’s why Maryland’s repressive regime only rated A-.

Considering the ass raping most men receive at the hands of judges during a divorce it’s surprising this doesn’t happen more often. Judges have been elevated to godlike authority and most of them have allowed that fact to stoke their egos. Being placed in a position were accountability is almost unheard of is never a good thing. What happened in this incident was illegal. It’s a much harder to consider it immoral. Almost all men victimized by the divorce process have at least thought about whacking the judge.
