The Hawaii Supreme Court has ruled that SCOTUS was wrong in the decisions in Bruen and in Heller. For that reason, they have ruled that a man can be prosecuted for rights protected by the Constitution, and have reinstated his case.

I am not interested in litigating the case here. I am interested in pointing out that the states are increasingly ignoring the decisions of the Federal courts. This can only end in one place- the complete collapse of the system of government of the US.

States Ignoring SCOTUS – Area Ocho

First: If I you live in Hawaii, it is time for you to move ASAP. Not only the 2A but the full Bill of Rights has been thrown out the window wich means you have no rights.

Second: How about the rest of us go ahead and ignore US v Miller for starters?

  1. So since laws made by ‘old dead white guys’ (and let’s be real, that’s their real argument) no longer apply, does that mean we can ignore say the 11th – 16th? Can we sue Hawaii?

  2. Let’s give Hawaii back to the Hawaiians and see how long they last.

We’ll hold on to Oahu as part of the deal and make it a military island/tourist destination.

    1. Realistically, we’ll probably sell it to China to alleviate some of our national debt to them.
      .
Then we can see how long the Hawai’ian judges last when they reject the CCP’s laws as a “federally-mandated lifestyle” inconsistent with the “Aloha Spirit”.

  3. We are rapidly approaching the point where the only “law” that will be relevant will be rule of force. Where might makes right. And when we reach that point I don’t think things will turn out the way the left believes they will.

    1. Thexrayboy, I really hope you’re correct on that prediction, however and BUT, I ask, just how much of the USA is owned by global non-American players? I believe that the US Leftists are in fact pawns of the global elite, and nations such as China and nations of Islam. Therefore when “Rule of Force” becomes the new law, same as the old law, standard, the global power players will intervene……..with their own force.

    1. The Rule of Law in general, as required by the U.S. Constitution, is a “federally-mandated lifestyle”, too.
      .
So are the 8th Amendment’s prohibition on cruel and unusual punishments, and “qualified immunity” for police, and “absolute immunity” for attorneys and judges. If the 2nd Amendment can be disregarded as a “federally-mandated lifestyle”, so can the rest.
      .
Do they really want to go down that road?

  4. Buddy saw a T-shirt in HI a few years back it said:
Hawiian by birth, American by force.”
    .
    Clear out of HI anyway.
The Natives do not want you there, the government does not want you to have any freedom, and frankly, the weather is not all that unique. Nothing be hell.

    1. We were looking at relocating, and briefly looked at Hawai’i (mostly just out of curiosity, not because we were seriously considering it). Found a YouTube channel where a guy living in Hawai’i talks about the weather (he has a video for every month of the year), what it’s really like living there, and the costs.
      .
      Weather: Perfect (all 12 months)
Cost of living: To determine if you can afford it, double your current cost of living, and reduce your income by 1/3. If you’re still above water, you might be able to make it work.
      .
Hard pass. And that’s even before dealing with their bat-sh!t insane gun laws (pretty much nothing I own would be legal) or lifestyle restrictions.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
