This is electronic warfare. Radio jammers and DDOS attacks disrupting command and control is electronic warfare.

Yes, all of those are real and exist.
It really is only a matter of time before they start doing electronic countermeasures. They figured out pretty quickly that Portland was using a stingray so they switched to burner phones and telegram (encrypted chat). That’s defensive ECM.
What they’re talking about here is offense, and I can guarantee that they have already done a field test. Portland is now cross-training with Seattle, because Seattle has basically had nightly protests since like 2008.
