But there is no need for a firearm like that in the hands of Civilians. Those are the weapons that belong only in the battlefields outside the US….and Police Patrol cars….and Schools where the Elite send their kids too…or protecting our Royal Politicians…. Oh hell, you don’t need them because you are Little People, OK?

Police said the victim was shot even though she gave the robber what he demanded.

“He shoots her deliberately and in broad daylight after she gives him her purse,” said Officer Kenia Reyes with the Miami Police Department.

According to other sources, the woman was shot in the mouth. Aiming for the head is a kill shot.

UPDATE: Critter caught by police. Kamiah Lanier was found guilty of several violent felony charges in March last year, given 5 years probation.

Then, a week later, on the night of Sunday January 20, two nearly identical crimes were committed.

About 7, two young black men with a gun broke into the apartment of a couple of University of Rochester students and robbed them of electronics.

About 5 hours later, at midnight, two young black men with a gun broke into the apartment of a couple of Rochester Institute of Technology students and attempted to rob them.

The two home invasions took place in the same neighborhood of the same city on the same night.

In both cases, no arrests were made and no weapons were recovered. One was reported by police to the news media. Not a word was said about the other one.

Why one story was wildly publicized and the other not? One AR-15 led to a happy ending but it would have been a political embarrassment for the Chief LEO who supported the NY Ban on Guns.

I can imagine the bigger embarrassment now that the story is out.

Hear ye! Hear Ye! The Glock series of pistols will be banned under Senator Feinstein’s bill.

All semiautomatic pistols that can accept a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature: threaded barrel; second pistol grip; barrel shroud; capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; or semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.

And since Gaston gave us the Glock 18…. you Glock Owners are shit out of luck.

UPDATE: And I forgot to add possibly the second most popular pistols: Beretta 92. Also included the Taurus PT 92.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Blog reader Rob and Head MHI honcho Larry Correia illustrated me on the fact that there are ful auto versions of the good old 1911 pistol that now will be included in the ban.

Somebody tell Smith $& Wesson and Springfield Armory not to come up with auto versions of their puppies!

NOTE: There has been some reasonable argument about the application of this items if the first model came out in semi and then a model came out in full auto therefore not applying. I want to remind you that clowns that authored the bill and those that will enforce it are already attacking the Constitution, so they are not gonna suddenly develop a case of scruples and consider only semi guns that came from full auto versions. They will take advantage of anything and everything to screw us over. Remember, the ATF will be the ones parsing and refining the meaning of this law and they have a long history of pushing the envelope to achieve what they want. Shoelaces, paper clips and Crazy Glue anyone?

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) displayed guns as props during her announcement of her proposed assault weapons ban. However, the guns on display break DC gun laws- as reported by CNN.

Sen. Feinstein got special permission and does not have to abide by the law.

The funny (sad) part is that they do not see the contradiction. Not the politicians, not the press, not the intelligentsia.

We officially have a Royal Class of Citizens in the United States. They are above the law and get to do as they want without fearing repercussions.
