Back in February, this dipshit posted this on Twitter.
Yep. This hypocritical piece of shit who is so concerned about Trump’s non-existent acts of genocide of was calling for the collective punishment and potential genocide of Republicans.
This tenure track turd actually puts the lives of foreign violent criminals and rapists above that of his fellow law abiding citizens.
Also, note how his concept of “Justice” requires no trial or due process, no concept of Habeas Corpus, just the summary execution of a political dissident.
This human skid mark is the reason I own and carry guns.
I am not going to die on my knees at the hands of some Frenso State Antifa thug, inspired by Professor Schutzstaffel-Wannabe, because I think that non-citizens who diddle children should be sent back to where they came from.
United Airlines overbooked a flight. The asked for volunteers to take another flight. When no one volunteered, they selected several passangers to be removed.
A United spokesperson confirmed in an email Sunday night that a passenger had been taken off a flight in Chicago.
“Flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville was overbooked,” the spokesperson said. “After our team looked for volunteers, one customer refused to leave the aircraft voluntarily and law enforcement was asked to come to the gate.
“We apologize for the overbook situation. Further details on the removed customer should be directed to authorities.”
A customer didn’t want to give up a seat on a flight he paid for.
Police were called.
This is what unfolded.
Everybody has been shitting on United Airlines for this. Did United handle this poorly? You betcha.
BUT…
It wasn’t a flight attendant who dragged that man bloody and screaming off the plane. It was a police officer.
This is the nature of Government.
It was George Washington who said “Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force. Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.”
At the end of the day, EVERY RULE, EVERY REGULATION, EVERY ORDINANCE, NO MATTER HOW MILD, IS ULTIMATELY ENFORCED WITH THE THREAT OF VIOLENCE BY A MAN WITH A GUN.
Every time someone says “there aught to be a law” what they mean is “a man with a gun should be able to apply violence to another person to make them do what I want them to do.”
When obeying a flight attendant’s every diktat is holds the weight of law (thanks War on Terror), a cop can rough you up for not wanting to take a later flight than the one you paid for.
The cognitive disconnect with the Progressive Left is that they hate cops but love making regulations. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t micromanage people’s lives without police there, using force, to make people comply with the micromanagement.
After all the grief I’ve been giving you guys and gals, I am willing to be that there might be one or two of you out there without a tourniquet in the First Response bag.
Recon Medical was kind enough to send me several of their tourniquets and I am planning on sharing them with you (OK, I am keeping a couple for me and J. Kb.) so here is what I want to do. Initially I wanted to do some sort of donation-to-a-good-cause based raffle, but after a thought, there is no better cause than you or a loved one surviving major blood loss because you have one of these life-saving devices.
So here is then deal: Full honor system mode is engaged and those who do not have a tourniquet, send me an email to raffle@gunfreezone.troglodite.com to try to win one of seven available. I am guessing a full week worth of making you worth for the result should be enough, so I’ll have the winners posted next Monday. I will even dig out of my lint-filled pocket to pay for the shipping.
So go and send me that email. And thanks again to Recon Medical for the Life Saving donation!
UPDATE: Auto Responder added so you know you are in the raffle. It should read :
You are in! Miguel
I know, not very creative. Sorry, I don’t do this very often! Hehehehe.
The company I work for hires a lot of veterans. I knew a few people that have had MTBIs and years later have periodic severe migraines, vision problems and other long lasting symptoms.
The point is: don’t get punched. If you survive, it may ruin your life.
Also, the next time some anti is crying and waiving the bloody shirt that it wasn’t right for some CCW to shoot the thug just who was just throwing punches, fuck ’em. Brain damage is brain damage whether it is caused by a bullet or a fist.
The Illinois Council against Handgun Violence is out with a new ad that is 100% dishonest bullshit.
According to their website TeddyGun.com, toys are regulated and guns are not, and that’s not right.
So to be they try to make a point by being sardonic and make an unregulated toy by making into a gun.
Except they missed the whole point. Either they are monumentally stupid. Deliberately lying through their teeth. Or both.
Both.
This is a screen shot from their site.
The only regulation they lost for guns is a Type 07 FFL.
That’s not a simple regulation to get. Compliance is strict, trust me. Going through an ATF audit, is like having a paperwork colonoscopy without anesthesia, and if they find a polyp, you go to prison.
It’s not just one simple regulation.
Then they go to Teddy Bears. they start with ASTM testing. ASTM simply sets testing standards. They are not a legal regulatory body. There is an organization that sets the test standards for firearms. I have helped write test standards for them. It is called SAAMI – The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute.
Next, they go to to the Code of Federal Regulations for toys. Many can be found here.
There is where this becomes true disingenuous bullshit. Guns and toys are different.
Guns are designed to kill. That is what their indented use is. Hunting, self defense, military, etc., guns kill. That is no secret. When a user points a gun at a living thing and pulls the trigger, the expectation is that the living thing will stop living thereafter.
That’s not the intent when it comes to a teddy bear. You don’t hand a teddy bear to a child and expect it to die. Quite the opposite. There is an expectation that the teddy bear is safe to use. It is not a killing machine.
So various regulatory bodies have set forth rules to establish how much force it takes to rip the eye off a stuffed toy to prevent a toddler from biting one off and choking on it. Fire retardant standards have been established so that teddy bears don’t catch on fire. Regulations against sharp corners, lead contamination, etc., all exist for safety reasons.
Nobody in their right mind would hand a loaded gun to a child to play with and expect a safe outcome. Nobody expect to hand a teddy bear to a child and expect to toy to kill the child.
That is the difference.
That is not to say liability does not attach to guns. It does, when they MALFUNCTION causing them to kill when the user does not intent for that to happen. Such as in the lawsuit against Remington for the 700 trigger, which resulted in an eventual recall and settlement.
These people have been pushing the idea for a while that gun makers and gun dealers should be held liable for the MISUSE of their products.
This is a perversion of the law and common sense.
It makes me hope the next time somebody is killed with a baseball bat during a home invasion, the family of the deceased sues the shit out of Wilson Sporting Goods.
Ultimately, this reflects on the whole mentality of the Liberal anti. They hate guns and love regulations and want nothing more than to eat away at gun rights with regulations.
The irony here is, I’m pretty sure that if they really made a teddy gun, hoping to avoid regulations, they illegally manufactured an illegal Title II AOW “disguised firearm” and committed a felony.
I think if California was really serious about climate change, it would treat gas the way New York treats cigarettes.
The average cost of a gallon of gas in the US is about $2.40. I believe California should raise that by 133% to $5.60. With this plan implemented, petroleum use in California should drop to record lows.
California has a labor participation rate of 62%, so at least 38% of the adults in the state don’t need to drive to work on a regular basis. The rest can take public transportation.
Just think how cutting edge California will be for combating climate change.
