I guess people are still trying to find the Kumbaya solution for bullying after it became a rally some 18 years ago after Columbine.

There is none.

In fact this video of the kid whining to mommy inside the mini van is almost a guarantee of another beating. The moment and quantity of mommy involvement in the situation will determine how much your value as target increases.  I know, I went through the whole bully shit and Mom complaining to the school with zero positive effect and just an increase of harassment and violence. I ended up lying to my mother and saying that shit was OK so she would stop going to school to complain and guaranteeing another beat down within 48 hours.

One day, sick enough of the crap, I tossed aside the “Violence is not the right answer” and “Don’t fall to his level” crap and decided to go toe to toe with one of my abusers. He was sent home with ice bags around his face after I unloaded years of frustrations on him and he did not get too damaged because I simply did not know how to properly throw a punch… but I did practice on him!.

I was not bullied till the following school year and this guy ended up needing stitches in his scalp. Even though back then a cut that required medical treatment was a big deal, so was the code of silence and the fact that the guy’s rep would be ruined when people find out his head was trying to exit through a school window’s glass thanks to my effort.

The only proven solution to stop your kid from being bullied is having him go after his bullies. II know it is a different era, so I would recommend have a recorded history of the bullying plus the attempts to amicable end the problem.

Then let nature run its course. It is a cold world out there baby and nothing warms you up better like victory over assholes.

It seems trying to blame anything related to guns with the NRA produces and erection that lasts more than 4 hours including women:

Wait, what does the NRA have to do with the Daniel Shaver event? Somehow in the minds of some feverish deluded individuals this is a gun rights case.

As journalist Radley Balko noted on Twitter, “The insanely heavy-handed police response to Daniel Shaver came after someone reported seeing him with a rifle. (it was a pellet gun). Arizona is open carry, including for long guns. So the NRA will denounce this verdict and demand better training for Mesa police, right?“

Somebody did not just “saw him” with a rifle, they saw somebody aiming a rifle from a window on his third floor room at the ground area of the hotel he was staying. And it does not matter that later it was discovered to be a pellet gun: you simply do not take chances.

A quick check makes me think that the Free Thought project is a Lefty Anti-Cop site. But what amazed me was that I found the link in an alleged Pro 2A  forum without any type of explanation why it was posted. Other than mentioning and blaming the NRA, this has noting to do with the organization.

Hating the NRA is an official Sport of the Socialists: I was unaware that caught so many followers on the other sides.  The Right to Be Stupid and Shoot yourself in the Political Privates is seems to be catching popularity on our alleged side also.

The gist is, Roy Moore would be such an embarrassment to Alabama that Toyota would not build it’s new plant in Alabama.

This has incensed me to violent madness.

I DO NOT WANT MY STATE’S ELECTION TO BE DETERMINED BY A BUNCH OF SAN FRANCISCO LIBERALS HOLDING OUR ECONOMY HOSTAGE.

“Vote for who we want you to or we’ll make you lose your jobs” is crossing the Rubicon.

Not just are my hackles raised, but I’m getting the itch to raise the Stars and Bars too and go all Chancellorsville on the Bay Area.

I know they already think that we are just a bunch of backwards sister-fucking rednecks, and voting for Doug Jones won’t change that.  So my natural inclination is to vote to Roy Moore just to piss those fuckers off.  I know Moore will vote for national concealed carry reciprocity and I want it to pass just so I can walk down 5th Avenue in New York City like Il Duce, knowing it will make Michael Bloomberg’s and Bill de Blasio’s pathetic little dicks crawl back up inside their own bodies in fear.

I don’t want to let lose fucking carpetbaggers win.  I also don’t want to see Alabama’s economy suffer a $1.6 Billion hit.

What pisses me off even more is that I haven’t seen Doug Jones try and tamp down this kind of talk.

So here is what I want to do.  I want to organize a letter campaign to Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

California want to in influence our election by threatening a boycott.

Use the DOJ to defend Alabama.  Go after Hollywood.  Go after the sex offenders, pedophiles, and rapists.  Have the IRS audit Hollywood and go after their notorious “Hollywood Accounting” practices and take from them the back taxes they owe and prosecute the people who have been avoiding paying taxes.  Go after the drug users in Hollywood.  Abuse civil asset forfeiture laws against Hollywood studios.  Pretty much use the full power of the Federal Government to fuck Hollywood Liberals like Harvey Weinstein on a roofied starlet.

If they are going to come after our economy, burn theirs to the ground.

I’ll vote for Doug Jones to save Alabama’s economy.  Then I want the Trump administration to make the Liberals who interfered in our election suffer mightily.

As my mom is fond of saying, animals know better than humans. One of my two favorite Twilight Zone episodes is “The Hunt.” This all hillbilly man and his dog drown and they start walking to heaven. On the way, they meet an angel who tires to lead the old hillbilly through a set of gates, but he is not allowed to bring the dog. The hillbilly gets upset and says if his dog can’t go i heaven , he won’t bother so they keep walking till they meet another angel and it is then they realized that earlier they had met the Devil trying to lure them into Hell. The angel explains why the Devil did not want the dog with him:

“You see, Mr. Simpson, a man- well, he’ll walk right into hell with both eyes open, but even the devil can’t fool a dog.”

I think we have proof positive of this.

MURDERER GOES FREE! was pretty much the headline I saw yesterday about the shooting of Daniel Shaver. The very much edited version of the video I saw did not explain much nor the articles accompanying the video. But one thing it called my attention immediately was that we had one officer responding to a call with a long gun. And that Ladies and gents told me that this was not a hotel manager calling the cop simple noise complain and eviction.

It was not till this morning that I caught Donut Operator’s video and explanation. Watch it all and I shall continue after.

Not quite the same stuff you read in most places, is it? And I have to say this: you shove your arm behind your back and it is going to be interpreted as you about to reach for a firearm. I know, was in a similar situation and it was reacting or finding out if there was a gun. And sorry but  I am not giving you the benefit of the doubt with my life at stake.

Was it a bad procedure? Yes. it was a cluster fuck and in hindsight,  things could have been done differently. But Bad procedure in this case does not mean it carries the same weight as breaking the law. For all we know that procedure has been used thousands of times before by Mesa PD without negative results. They were riding on luck till the tank hit empty and somebody got killed.

As for a civil case, I haven’t investigated if one was done, but I figure the family has a better chance there. IANAL but bad procedure can be used against the department in a lawsuit.

This was an enormous shit sandwich with some people taking a bigger bite than others.
