Sorry not sorry on Jew hatred

So, my second AOC post of the day.

This is from her Twitter account from which she gains all her power.

I read a great article in Tablet titled:

No More Mr. Nice Jew
How to deal with those who hate us? Two historical examples tell us why dialogue is to be avoided.

It’s a good start but doesn’t cover everything.  Ilhan Omar’s antisemitism isn’t the result of ignorance.  It is the result of a deep seeded ideology.

Any “learning” she receives on the subject won’t make her less of a Jew hater, it will just teach her how to hide it better.

I cannot understand these Lefty Jews who do not get that.  As though if they just sat down with her and had coffee she would suddenly stop trafficking in antisemitic conspiracy theories and let the Jews have sovereignty in their home land.

It is a ridiculous premise.

So let’s see how well Omar learned her lesson.

Unrepentant Ilhan Omar suggests Jews who criticize her anti-Semitic statements are doing so because she’s Muslim, revives dual-loyalty smear

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D.-Minn., who earlier this month was forced into a hostage tape style fake apology for anti-Semitic tweets, is unrepentant. Speaking at a liberal event in Washington, she accused Jews who have criticized her anti-Semitic statements as holding her to a different standard because she’s Muslim, while again peddling a classic anti-Semitic dual loyalty smear.

Cut to Wednesday night, when Omar and Tlaib were at a left-wing event held at the activist cafe Busboys and Poets.

Busboys and Poets is a restaurant and public forum in DC that styles itself after a European socialist salon, where Leftist activists can hang out under a mural inspired by Howard Zinn and promote Progressive ideas and antisemitic conspiracy theories.  It was founded by Jew hater and Iraqi Progressive activist Andy Shallall.

“It is about the Benjamins,” shouted one audience member to laughter and acclaim, referencing Rep. Omar’s now-deleted tweet linking Congressional support for Israel to Jewish influence and lobbying. To this, Reps. Omar and Tlaib both smiled along furtively.

Boy those people loved that quote.

According to the report, “the moderator asked what ‘we as a community here can do to support you criticizing Israel for some of the war crimes that it has done so that it’s not seen as “‘you’re anti-Semitic’?”

The report reads: “Rep. Omar elaborated that when she hears her Jewish constituents offer criticisms of Palestinians, she doesn’t automatically equate them as Islamophobic but is ‘fearful’ that people are painting her as anti-Semitic because she is a Muslim. Omar continued, ‘What I’m fearful of — because Rashida and I are Muslim — that a lot of our Jewish colleagues, a lot of our constituents, a lot of our allies, go to thinking that everything we say about Israel to be anti-Semitic because we are Muslim,’ she explained.”

Actually…. that is a pretty solid reason.  How come the Left never questions why there is so much targeted antisemitic violence by Muslims.

It’s not like the Prophet Muhammad went out of his way to slaughter Jews and say that at the end of the world even the rocks and trees will help the Muslims kill the Jews.

As if any reminder were needed that she’s learned nothing, Omar then renewed the dual-loyalty line of attack on supporters of Israel, saying, “for me, I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country.”

Does she mean like Rep. Tlaib’s goal of aligning the US against Israel and for the Palestinians and the same people who bombed the USMC barracks in Lebanon and have traveled to Iraq just to kill Americans?  That kind of foreign influence.

Back to AOC.

The Jew haters responding to her love this.

Omar echoed the antisemitic conspiracy theory that the Jews have bought Congress or the US Government.  This conspiracy theory is all over the Middle East, repeated by Lewis Farrakhan, and Jew haters on both the far Left and far Right.

AOC and her fans totally ignore and whitewash over this with “she’s just talking about lobbying money.”

When in reality Pro Israel donors, like the NRA, are way down on the list of big money donors.  Left leaning unions and Planned Parenthood/NARAL are much higher up on the donation charts.

But the Left will never admit to it.  Only “ammosexuals and teh Joooooos donate evil blood money to buy Congress.”

The Democrats woke heroines are two raging Jew haters who can’t seem to attend an event or open their mouths without saying something antisemitic  or surrounding them selves with other antisemites, and one socialist who covers for the others’ Jew hatred.

Between their antisemitism and support for South American Dictators, I wonder what future people like me have in the United States if they are legitimately the future of the Democrat party and America.

AOC’s digital Blackshirts

Yesterday I mentioned what had happened with the passing of H.R. 8  – The Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019 – through the House.

The Republicans forced a vote to add an amendment to the bill mandating that ICE be notified when an illegal immigrant wants to buy a gun.

Pretty much, the Republicans, knowing that the bill would pass the House, wanted the Democrats to go on the record with a vote choosing between supporting gun control and ICE.

The amendment passed because 26 Democrats voted with the Republicans requiring ICE notification when an illegal tries to buy a gun.

That catches you up to today.

‘This is not a day at the beach’: Pelosi tells moderate Dems to stop voting with GOP

Those 26 Democrats are in trouble.

House Democrats held an emotional debate behind closed doors Thursday over how to stop losing embarrassing procedural battles with Republicans — a clash that exposed the divide between moderates and progressives.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) took a hard line at the caucus meeting, saying that being a member of Congress sometimes requires taking tough votes.

“This is not a day at the beach. This is the Congress of the United States,” Pelosi said, according to two sources.

Pelosi also said vulnerable Democrats who had the “courage” to vote against the Republican motions to recommit would become a higher priority for the party leadership and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

Being a Democrat in Congress means voting along party lines no matter what the bill does and her constituents want.

Then this took a turn for the fascistic.

And Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the superstar New York freshman Democrat, suggested she would alert progressive activists when Democrats are voting with the GOP on these motions, said the sources.

Forget Pelosi and her official means affirming loyalty.

If you cross Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is a Freshman and has been on the job for all of 56 days, she will tell her Blackshirts on Twitter to attack you online.  She will bring her army of young Leftist, lead around by the nose by Progressive activists, to your doorstep to scream and rage at you.

Democratic leaders have vowed to do a better job preparing for the Republican motions, but the controversy has divided Pelosi and her longtime lieutenants, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) and Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.).

Pelosi argues that Democrats must stick together on procedural votes, which is the traditional view of party leaders on both sides of the aisle. Hoyer and Clyburn, however, have suggested that moderate members can vote with Republicans if they think it will improve their political standing.

The Democrats have the majority for now, but there are Democrats who are in areas that could easily swing Red in 2020.  Nothing would be better for Republicans than to show voters in these areas that Democrats MUST vote along party lines, no matter what.  Especially when it comes to topics like late term abortion and denying born alive babies medial care which is seen very unfavorably outside only the deepest Blue areas of the North East and Pacific Coast.

How will moderates in coal mining or car making districts feel about voting for their Democrat Representative if they know that their Rep must vote along party lines to end fossil fuel use in 10 years, even if that costs their district thousands of jobs?

The latest defeat came on Wednesday, as the House debated legislation requiring background checks on all gun sales — a position overwhelmingly favored by Democrats. When Republicans moved to amend the bill to require Immigration and Customs Enforcement be told of any undocumented immigrant who tries to buy a gun, 26 Democrats voted with the GOP. The language was added to the gun bill, spoiling an important Democratic legislative achievement.

An earlier GOP motion condemning anti-Semitism was successfully attached to a House resolution barring U.S. involvement in the Yemeni civil war. That maneuver, which was backed by every Democrat, later caused parliamentary problems in the Senate and upended Democratic attempts to challenge President Donald Trump’s foreign policy.

Making the Democrats condemn antisemitism when two of their three media favorite firebrands live, eat, sleep, and breathe Jew hatred had to hurt.

During the closed-door meeting on Thursday, Pelosi said Democrats who vote for the Republicans’ motions are putting pressure on other vulnerable colleagues who would prefer to stick with the party.

“We are either a team or we’re not, and we have to make that decision,” she said.

Please tie every Democrat in a Purple or swing district to the most outlandish and radical infanticide defending, reparations promoting, confiscatory tax rate loving, socialists in the party.  That is sure to win them a majority in 2020.

Inside the meeting, Ocasio-Cortez said she has “a text chain with 200 activists in her district” that she’s in constant contact with on issues facing Democrats.

She threatened her fellow House Democrats with an angry mob.  No shit, she really did that.

Ocasio-Cortez said she even considered voting against the background checks bill because of the Republican language on ICE, perhaps the most-hated federal agency on the left. Ocasio-Cortez went up to the gallery after the vote to tell activists she “had to choose between immigrants and gun violence. Not because of Republicans, but because of Democrats,” said a source in the room.

God damn, that is a stance to take.  When you hate law enforcement and love illegal immigrants so much that you are tempted to scuttle your own party’s dream bill, that’s not a sign of a rational person.

But other members stood up in the meeting and challenged this view, without calling out Pelosi or Ocasio-Cortez specifically.

Freshman Rep. Xochitl Torres Small (D-N.M.), who voted for the GOP motion on Wednesday, grew visibly emotional when speaking and pointedly said courage looks different to different people, according to two sources in the room.

Translation:

I’m from a district in New Mexico that has voted for every Republican president since 2000.  I won the seat because the previous Republican Rep ran for Governor.  Please for the love of God don’t make me look like a San Francisco, Limousine Liberal, Champagne Socialist in Trump Country.

A senior Democratic aide aligned with the caucus’ moderate wing said it was completely hypocritical for progressives to complain about the tough vote they had to take Wednesday.

“Moderates are in tough positions all the time and they don’t shy away from that,” the aide said. “They have to vote their districts or they will be defeated, plain and simple. The rest of the caucus should [understand] that.”

Nancy and AOC are going to destroy their party’s House majority.

Nancy I don’t get.

AOC has muscle in the form of her social media followers and a fawning media.  She has had a taste of power and she likes it.  She is going to strong arm her way to party leadership, not by the traditional route of power through wheeling and dealing like Pelosi or Clinton.  She’s going to unleash the power of young, under employed activists who have nothing to do other than protest whatever Twitter tells them to protest.

This is incredible to watch.

But what strikes me most of all is AOC and how she at 29 thinks versus Pelosi at 178.  Pelosi’s old school way of controlling the party is very different than AOC’s.  AOC has no shame in weaponizing social media and airing colleagues dirty laundry for the internet hate mob to focus their wrath on.

It is a particularly vicious tactic, which is why public shaming and show trials were so popular in Communist countries.

AOC has her Blackshirts and she is not afraid to use them.

She is an amazing fascist.

Bubba, you better get a chair and be comfy.

I just got this notification in the mail.

It is from a Venezuelan bank which still holds an account on my name reminding me I am supposed to pay my Income Tax. [insert laugh track]

After all the devaluations and inflation, it should be carrying a balance in the pennies. I don’t think I have checked that account in years and the only reason I keep getting the emails is to see what kind of absurdities the Government imposes on people with a bank account and then what kind of fixes they try to implement.

As for paying the taxes down there? Hell, I did not pay a red cent to those fuckers when I lived and worked down there, good luck trying to collect anything from me here. They can always send a couple of Venezuelan cops to try to arrest me and send me back for lack of payment, “try” being the operative work.

When Socialism plays Cowboys and Indians.

I am sure you heard about the attempts of supplying Humanitarian relief to Venezuela from Colombian town of Cucuta this past Saturday and how it ended in a victory for the Maduro regime since not only stuff did not make it but two truck were set on fire.  There were some wounded, some people coughing because of tear gas, but mostly we got bruised egos.

What you probably have not heard was that there was another attempt to supply humanitarian relief some 800 miles to the East on the very isolated border town of Santa Elena de Uairen (Pop. 25,000+). This was not a convoy of several trailer trucks but a couple of medium trucks to feed a town who is in dire need. The area is also the Venezuelan equivalent of  an indian reservation under the care of the Pemon Tribe who mind the extensive National Park that comprises that part of the state.

The Pemon tribe had made it known to the Guardia Nacional Bolivariana (GNB) post that they intended to escort the couple of trucks from the border to the town and distribute the supplies to which the GNB told them to go pound sand. The Pemon tribe responded in kind and went to the border to wait for the trucks without knowing that reinforcements had been called and were on their way.

And then the shooting started. Armored Personnel Carriers were all over town chasing people and shooting without regard. Only problem was the Pemon Tribe was not quite armed but with bows and arrows.

Before all news and communications were shut down in the area, there were four confirmed dead and at least 40 wounded. Twitter Rumor Machine puts the number of dead now between 30-40 and the GNB targeting Pemon Indians specifically who have decided to go deep into the wild to avoid being killed.

So why we need guns? Why “assault weapons” and hundreds of 30m round magazines? Because you don’t want to see this coming to your neighborhood because you were begging for humanitarian supplies.

Do you really want to go against that armed with a stick and a string?

Amazon strikes again

Jeff Bezos may in fact be a super villain, but right now he’s a super villain attacking the Left.

On the heels of pulling out of New York City because of the anti-cooperate progressives there, Amazon is doing sort of the same to Seattle.

Amazon is abandoning an entire 30-floor skyscraper in Seattle it had planned to move into as it follows through on a year-old threat

Seattle’s Rainier Square will no longer be occupied by Amazon.

The company has nixed its plans to move into the 30-floor, 722,000-square-foot building, the company confirmed in a statement to Business Insider on Wednesday. GeekWire first reported the change after obtaining a flyer advertising the subleased space.

Amazon had originally planned to occupy the entire building, but it will now sublease the space.

“We are always evaluating our space requirements and intend to sublease Rainier Square based on current plans,” an Amazon spokesperson told Business Insider in a statement.

Nothing like leaving a major city with a partially empty building for a while.

Amazon hinted that this subleasing could come in a sort of threat in May 2018. At the time, Amazon was unhappy that the Seattle City Council passed a new tax, aimed at combatting homelessness, that would disproportionately affect companies with a large number of employees in the city.

Amazon said at the time that unless the council repealed the tax before it was enacted, it would halt all construction on Block 18 — another skyscraper it is building in the city — and sublease all of Rainier Square.

So all the smaller companies that sublet will not be subject to the homeless tax so the city will not collect the revenue that they wanted.

Either the city will fall short or change the tax to incorporate smaller business, like those subleasing, which will drive them out too.

It Amazes me that Amazon has become the company that throws its weight around saying “If you are going to be all progressive against us, we’re going to take our hundreds of billions of dollars and go away.  Fuck you and your treasury.”

I think is is fantastic

Personally, I’d like to extend an invitation to Amazon to build HQ2 in Huntsville, Alabama.

The weather is nicer, we don’t have homeless shitting on the streets, and we won’t go all Progressive on you.

In the mean time, keep sticking it to progressive cities.  It’s fun to watch.

A Congresswoman who doesn’t get it (on health insurance)

This blew my mind.

Pramila Jayapal is a second term Congresswoman from Seattle.  She is the Co-chair of the Progressive Caucus.

Clearly, she is a communist.

What she replying to is this article from Bloomberg:

Health Insurers Sink as ‘Medicare for All’ Idea Gains Traction

Health insurers are leading declines among health-care stocks as investors turned their focus to Democrats’ new “Medicare for all” bill that would replace almost all private plans and assessed the implications of a Senate hearing on surging drug prices.

The S&P 500 Managed Health Care Index plunged as much as 4.9 percent, the most since Dec. 6, led by UnitedHealth Group Inc., Humana Inc. and WellCare Health Plans Inc. The broader health sector index fell 0.8 percent.

First, I want to get out of the way this minor point.  This is that “clapback politics” that I hate so much.  Rep. Jayapal didn’t make any sort of economic argument, she was just stupid and snarky.  But it was the kind of snark that her followers liked, so they sent her back fire emojies and she “won” the non-argument.

To the bigger point, this is a sitting United States Congresswoman celebrating the loss in stock value of health insurance companies.

So what that almost 2.7 million people work for insurance companies.

So what that insurance companies are part of an $840 Billion per year industry.

So what that people have 401(k) plans, retirement plans, college savings plans all invested in insurance companies.

The financial hit to almost 18% of our economy is nothing as long as Rep. Jayapal personally hates the insurance industry for ideological reasons.

Her Twitter feed is filled with people supporting her on this, but the reply Tweet that was the worst was this one.

Again, I must bring of the Iron Law of Bureaucracy.

In any bureaucracy, the people devoted to the benefit of the bureaucracy itself always get in control and those dedicated to the goals the bureaucracy is supposed to accomplish have less and less influence, and sometimes are eliminated entirely.

The goverment bureaucrats who will be in charge of government run healthcare are not altruists motivated by a desire to help people any more than, and probably a lot less than, an insurance industry executive.

They will only be concerned about increasing the size, power, and budget of the bureaucracy they oversee.  Unlike a private industry executive, a bureaucrat is almost impossible to fire.

Government run healthcare is healthcare run by Robert Runcie.  When thousands or millions of people die because of a totally predicable incident due to the failure of the bureaucracy, he won’t get fired but promoted.

This is what the Democrats stand for in 2019.

Keep in mind Nancy Pelosi called Jayapal “a rising star in the Democratic caucus.”

Screw nearly one-fifth of the economy and all the economic destruction that will come from it if it means I can force my government program down everyone’s’ throat.”

A Congressman who gets it

Introducing Dan Crenshaw of Texas.

He is a Freshman Congressman from Texas.  Compare his reasoning to that of the media darling Freshmen AOC, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib.

This man needs to be President.
