On Friday morning, police said they’ve identified the girl. She’s a juvenile from San Antonio. Because she’s a minor, her identity is protected under the Texas Family Code.
The case will be turned over to the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
Lufkin police said Friday that they don’t intend to charge the teen with tampering with a consumer product.
It’s not clear if juvenile justice authorities may charge her.
Before it was known that she was a juvenile, Lufkin police said the suspect could face a second-degree felony charge of tampering with a consumer product. The charge comes with a two- to 20-year prison term and up to $10,000 in fines, according to Texas state penal code.

One of the things that the USA has done very right is food safety. From refrigeration to packing to food handling, this country has never stopped trying to keep food as safe as possible. You do not hear a recall of a few pounds of a suspect item, but the whole tonnages of a batch. U

So when I see stupid thing like this (which by the way is the new viral thing among teens according to the Democrats need to be able to vote) it boils my blood. She is gonna not only skate out of trouble but her identity be protected because she is a minor.

Rewind a century. Back in the late 1890s,  wrecking trains became a thing. Mostly for profit, some because the actors were insane but what amazed everybody back then was the cases where it was done for fun to see the big machine full of people crash in an spectacular fashion.  In April 1896 there was a trial of one of three minors named Hildreth  who cause the wracking of the New York Central Express train causing death and they were charged with murder. He was found guilty and was given a lenient sentence of Life in Prison. The other two immediately pleaded guilty and were given 40 years. Late the year before another train wrecker, an adult who also caused death, was given the death penalty and back then there was no 15 year wait to execute, he was “hemped” almost immediately. In other wreckers’ cases years before that did not cause death but injuries and the obvious loss of property, were given terms between 30 and 40 years vacations in the Big House. After the Hildreth case, train wrecks already becoming scarce, became pretty much inexistent after that. The message that society considered very uncool to screw with the safety of its citizens for thrills and giggles was sounded quite loud and the message heard.

Now, I am not advocating 30 years in the pen for the stupid girl, but a plea of guilty and at least 366 days behind bars appeal to me very much as I see it a way for her to pay for disgraceful and dangerous behavior.

A couple of days ago Miguel wrote a post I know I am not the only one feeling this.  In it he said:

After the attack of Andy Ngo in Portland last Saturday and the lack of Law Enforcement action, I have noticed that there is a lot of resentment still permeating. It is like a low level grumble that it is only supposed to last a couple of days max, but in this instance it has not faded away four days later. In fact, it may have even gotten a bit stronger.

Don’t confuse it with the normal loud outrage. That is back to its regular levels. This is something that is deeper and more sinister: it is people reaching their limit.

One indication is the general agreement by many (me included) we are seeing the first moves in what shall we called Civil War 2. There is a political sector that firmly believes they can initiate an avalanche just because they have deluded themselves into believing they can control their direction or at least stay out of its path. That is going turn out to be a grave miscalculation with bloody consequences.

His post came two days after one I had written about Vox letting a representative of Redneck Revolt, an Antfia associated gun group, write a column for them.

Andy Ngo was beaten in Portland on June 29th.

In Portland, Oregon, violent street clashes involving Antifa have become regular events. Notwithstanding claims that Antifa is a peaceful, “anti-fascist community-defense group,” it has adopted tactics that often are more violent than those of the right-wing movements that the group opposes.

And yet, Antifa often receives media coverage that is neutral or even favorable, with its members’ violence either being ignored by reporters or vaguely explained away as a product of right-wing provocation. What’s more, anecdotal evidence has suggested that many of the mainstream reporters who are most active in covering Antifa also tend to enthusiastically amplify Antifa’s claims on social media.

Quillette then engaged in a very scientific analysis of news reports and social media message regarding Antifa, and this is what they found.

That correlation turned out to be quite pronounced: Of all 15 verified national-level journalists in our subset, we couldn’t find a single article, by any of them, that was markedly critical of Antifa in any way. In all cases, their work in this area consisted primarily of downplaying Antifa violence while advancing Antifa talking points, and in some cases quoting Antifa extremists as if they were impartial experts.

Fast forward a month, and as if on cue from Ngo’s beating, The New Republic published this article.

Of course it is going to inflame it, that is what TNR is hoping for.

Liberals are notoriously loath to take their own side in a fight. But their reticence may well be changing in an age of vigilante, white nationalist terror—openly condoned and supported by an incumbent president who has suggested that his armed devotees won’t stand for his removal from office. Increasingly, the antifa left is arguing—and training—in response. They are worried not only about an armed reckoning following a contested election, but also about rising violence from the paramilitaries loyal to President Donald Trump.

What the fuck world are the writers of The New Republic living in?

Where are the violent paramilitaries loyal to Trump?

Seriously, I’d like to know.  Where has there been any Right Wing violence that has in any way measured up to anything close to what Antifa has done?

You can mention the Proud Boys all you want, but remember this is how Antifa in Portland celebrated the election of Trump.

Consider the tense political climate in the Pacific Northwest, where Washington state Representative Matt Shea, a dough-faced Christian dominionist from Spokane, made news last year when his instructions on how to build a “holy army” that would kill “all males” who refused to submit to biblical law leaked to the press. “Assassination to remove tyrants is just, not murder,” he wrote. The tyrant he referred to was not Trump, of course, but the communists he imagined running the government.

The New Republic found one low level Republican with a kooky website who hasn’t actually done anything.  But that is enough for them to say the Right Wing is out for blood.

As a result, many leftists and even some liberals are beginning to reconsider their feelings about firearms, joining a loose amalgamation of gun groups, from John Brown Gun Clubs (which take their name from the abolitionist) to the Pink Pistols (an LGBTQ group), Liberal Gun Club, and Socialist Rifle Association.

Fuck TNR for lumping the Pink Pistols in with the rest of these groups.  The writer here did no research beyond “gay gun group” and decided they were a bunch of Leftists too, because all gays must be on the Leftist plantation.

Some of these organizations are moderate and traditionalist, others radical and revolutionary. But all share one implicit goal: to normalize firearms ownership and training among liberals. Some of their members hope such efforts will at least make Republicans think twice before attempting a massacre.

And there is the gaslighting.  It’s not the Republicans that are attempting the massacre.  It is the radical Left that is instigating all the violence.  They are the ones with their Black Bloc and Che rhetoric calling for blood and beating people.

Stories such as these have inspired a predictable response. The Puget Sound JBGC was founded after Aaron spotted hate graffiti in the park where his child plays. “People have some real fear about what the future holds for them, and some real fear about what lurks down the street,” he said. There is some talk of what would happen when Donald Trump or a more competent authoritarian successor bombs urban centers of resistance, like Seattle, but for the most part, these “community defense” groups are less concerned with doomsday scenarios than they are with immediate threats against mosques, synagogues, abortion clinics, and the like.

Also, fuck off twice.  Antifa isn’t arming up to protect Synagogues, Antifa is a major pervayor of antisemitisma and antisemtic conspiracy theories.  They are every bid as bad as the alt-Right, or worse.

Bonenberger believes it would take at least 20 years to create a force to rival the conservative militias that boast tens of thousands of members. By comparison, antifa has a combined membership in the low thousands, and even fewer people belong to armed leftist groups. They have been responsible for only a handful of attacks in recent years. (In April, the FBI announced it had thwarted a plot by a veteran who had been planning to target white nationalists in Los Angeles, but the bomb was fake; it had been supplied by FBI agents.) Polls show conservatives remain twice as likely as liberals to own guns—and that won’t change anytime soon.

The Republicans have no militias.  If they want to count groups like the Michigan Militia, they do not have the support of any mainstream Republican leader.  Hell, most of these III% groups don’t like the Republicans any more than the Democrats.

This is all a false narrative created for Antfia to justify their ever increasing violence while simultaneously taking the moral high-ground of the ever oppressed victim.

Even if it did, it wouldn’t alter the underlying problems: The climate of vigilante violence on the right has elevated racist attacks, hate crimes, and terrorism in our political culture.

Where?  When?  This is unrealistic garbage.

Even veterans of leftist armies caution against forming one in America. “If people want to prepare for revolution, they should become labor organizers,” said Brace Belden, a former volunteer with a Kurdish communist militia turned factory organizer back home in San Francisco.

Literally a member of a Communist militia.

Matriculating anyone from a “gladiator school,” in the service of any agenda, may be the sort of stress test our democracy wasn’t engineered to withstand.

Antifa is a threat do democracy, they are right about that.

And all this time, the mainstream media is still downplaying what happened to Andy Ngo or the level of violence seen in Portland.

Antifa are capitalizing on this.

They know they can keep ramping up the victim status and violence because the media will not condemn them.

And not just the Media, politicians who support Antifa as well.

There has been a call for anti-mask laws in Portland to combat Antifa, including from the Chief of Police.

“We cannot allow people to continue to use the guise of free speech to commit a crime,’’ police Chief Danielle Outlaw said in a Wednesday news conference addressing last week’s violence that occurred when three competing demonstrations converged downtown.

“A lot of people are emboldened because they know they can’t be identified,’’ Outlaw said.

Yet Portland politicians are backing Antifa.

“We looked into it previously and the constitutional free speech issues are difficult to overcome, at least in Oregon, said Tim Crail, chief of staff for Portland Commissioner Amanda Fritz.

No they are not, they are enforced in the South when they were created to be anti-Klan acts.

Even the Mayor or Portland defended the idea the Antifa

was instigated into beating Andy Ngo and others.

But in the last couple of years, some have increasingly used their opportunity to exercise their 1st amendment rights, as an opportunity to incite violence.

The official stance of the City of Portlans is that Antifa are the real victims.

This is what that niggling feeling of something bad is coming just won’t go away.

We have seen too much violence from Antifa.  We know they are not the victims.  They are the instigators.  They are the real fascists, using violence and intimidation to drive everyone they disagree with out of the public square.

Yet the small but high ranking group of people who agree with their ideology, the media and select politicians, insulate Antifa from any real consequences of their actions.

This is not unlike Hitler’s Brownshirts, Mussolini’s Black Shirts, or Franco’s Blue Shirts.

They were all thugs who could get away with any level of violence because they were on the side of the people in power.

Inevitably, these escalating violence will results in dead bodies in the streets.  Too much has been permitted to far and the people who are empowered to stop it have no interest into doing so.

The die has been cast, it’s only a matter of time.

What is the UN report and what does it allege?
The report is scheduled to be presented to the UN Human Rights Council on Friday.
It is based on “558 interviews with victims and witnesses of human rights violations and the deteriorating economic situation” from January 2018 to May 2019.
Its most damning findings relate to the number of deaths the Venezuelan government has ascribed to resisting arrest.
That figure for last year was 5,287, with another 1,569 up to 19 May this year.
Referring to these figures as “unusually” and “shockingly” high, the report says: “Information analysed by Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights suggests many of these killings may constitute extrajudicial executions.”

Venezuela’s rulers accused by UN of death squads and policy of fear

To be fair, Venezuela’s Death Squads have been a part of the country for decades, but they were more a case of Star Chamber than political prosecution.  But Chavez  developed the “Colectivos” whose mission was to scare and kill political opponents and every frigging body in Venezuela knows that. With that, add the SEBIN (Venezuelan Internal Police) and the Bolivarian Police’s FAES (Special Actions) known to be engaged in extra curricular kidnappings and killings for personal profit and what you have is a country caught between the proverbial rock and a hard place for living in fear.  Hell, a couple of days ago I posted a video of a death squad in Venezuela popping people behind some industrial building.

And none of this is new, except for the UN.

And some people complain when I post this photo around.? The UN are accomplices, nothing more.

President Ronald Reagan said: “It isn’t so much that liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.”

That is absolutely true, especially when it comes to Sweden.

This is a video from Campus Reform from a college in Washington DC.  Notice how many Progressive students say that America isn’t the greatest country, and when pressed to name a greater country, they say Sweden.

It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.

Recently, I wrote a post about Sweden having a grenade fight issue.  For a nation not currently at war, they are having a lot of bombings.  It’s not just bombings, it’s mass shootings with machine guns too.

The city of Malmo was the Jewish capital of Sweden.  Not anymore.  The Jewish community in Malmo is expected to be gone in 10 years because of all the attacks on Jews there.  Jews all over Sweden are not safe from stabbings, and many Jews across Europe are asking if it is time to leave the continent all together.

And who is doing all this terrorizing of the Jews?  I’ll give you a hint.

It is the same demographic that is reasonable for the majority of rapes in Sweden.  There is a reason that 42% of Swedish women do not feel safe walking alone at night.  What is more shocking is that Sweden is often called a feminist nation.

So these Progressive students have this picture in their mind of a high tax, generous welfare state, Social Democrat – which they call socialist – feminist progressive paradise.  Where everybody has the same standard of living, there is no super rich or super poor, where everybody gets 12 weeks of vacation and 20 weeks of paid maternity leave a year, and the zero emission trains all run on time.

The reality is these Progressive students are more likely to be savagely raped then blown up with a hand grenade, and if any of them happens to be Jewish they can almost guarantee a knife in the ribs, in the in their Social Democratic paradise than here in not the greatest country on earth.

I bet they’ll never learn that in college.

And to show that the dumb ass protocol affects not only people in “our” side, I give you a professor of Harvard Law who apparently is very important.

I haven’t seen reported a bright splotch of red and flesh in the pavement of the DC streets, have you? Totally just like Tiananmen Square, right.

And the people that attended these celebration, were they sent to re-education camps or they go to go home freely just as they came in? Again, totally like Tiananmen Square.

While they were fun to mock once, one grows tired of so much stupid political hystericals.
