Create a bogeyman and then be afraid of it for legislative purposes

And article from The Trace:

When Protestors Carry Guns, Does It Impede Others’ Free Speech?

In  late January, thousands of pro-gun activists descended on Richmond, Virginia, to protest a package of gun reform bills advancing through the state General Assembly. Many of them were armed. The specter of a massive open carry demonstration was difficult for anyone to ignore, but the day was also significant because of the people not in attendance outside the state Capitol grounds.

Whomever chose not to attend because of fear or concerns is an idiot who never took 2 minutes to research what has happened in the past when thousands of Gun Owners get together to exercise their First Amendment Rights: Not a thing.

Garrett Epps, a professor of constitutional law at the University of Baltimore, was one of many to surface concerns about the First Amendment rights of the unarmed. In The Atlantic, he declared, “The right to bear arms in political debate is not the power to speak for oneself; it is, at least implicitly, the power to silence others.”

The keyword is “implicit,” why? because they cannot find one single solitary event where violence has erupted form the side of the Gun Owners. So, he need to say that people simply may feel scared (his own bias) and not attend than actually fess up and say there is no evidence of actual violence ever happened.

Is there a First Amendment right to attend a protest free of guns?

The short answer is no, at least not right now.

DING! DING! DING! We have a winner! “We need common sense legislation that will allow our side to ban firearms during demonstration so we can get away with beating the living shit of anybody we oppose.”

Next:

Reporter friends who planned to attend the event went in with a sense of dread, a war-zone fatalism at what might happen. Molly Conger, a Virginia-based leftist activist and citizen journalist, told me that she had cautioned other activists to stay far from the capital and avoid counterprotest. She attended, she told me, because she felt an obligation to document the event, rather than to protest it. “I still think it was the right thing to do,” she told me Tuesday, of her decision to warn other activists away. “I would be distraught if I had the power to keep people away and didn’t and they died in a mass shooting.” At the event, she said, “the crowd was so thick I got knocked in the face and chest with rifle barrels.”

Interesting.  At no time she can make the accusation that she was threatened or that anybody was nasty or impolite, so the only thing the reporter could come up with was that it was crowded and allegedly bumped by inanimate objects.

The effects on locals amounted to a sweeping petrification. Due to Monday’s event, Richmond natives closed their businesses downtown—from a 7-11 near the Capitol to a barbershop to the entirety of Virginia Commonwealth University, which suspended all activities for the day, including internships and clinical placements; a university statement made clear that this was in response to the threat, not the federal holiday.

What threat was given by Gun Owners, did you hear about anything? no, right. So where did that bogeyman come from? The answer appears in the first sentence of the next paragraph:

Due to the state of emergency declared by the governor,

THE BOGEYMAN IS COMING! THE BOGEYMAN IS COMING! SAVE YOURSELVES! Again, they make shit up, create a panic and try to cash on the results.
Now, if the threat was so bad, how come there was not a bigger police presence in the area? Don’t take my word, go find videos of the event and you will see that the few cops present were mostly bored and in what appear to be a traffic control duty.

And if that was not enough, after the protest was over, people left peacefully and not a single incident of vandalism happened, not one single solitary accidental discharge happened, nobody shot, not one of the usual predictions that The Gun Controllers swear will happen among gun owners occurred. Why? Two reasons, 1) Gun owners by far are extremely polite and respectful of people and property and 2) By the same token, we will not accept violence against us.  You try to hurt us, we will hurt you right back and with interest so the usual suspect in black figured to do the safe thing and stay home listening to the best speeches of Bernie Sanders in vinyl.

Tens of thousands armed individuals got together and nothing happened, nobody got hurt. Can’t say the same for the other side, right?

Never forget that the people that have a dislike for the Second Amendment, more than likely do not appreciate the rest of the Bill of Rights, including the First Amendment this so-called article alleges to defend.

Broward Schools after Parkland: I am guessing the changes did not take.

SUNRISE, FLA. (WSVN) – Three students have all recently been arrested accused of bringing weapons to their Broward County schools.
Sunrise Police arrested a 15-year-old student at Piper High School Wednesday afternoon after investigators said he was carrying a pellet gun.
“I’ve just seen him getting arrested,” student Jordan Taneaus said. “Like, put in handcuffs and stuff.”
Students said he took off running outside the school, causing panic.

Another student from Hallandale Beach School was also accused of bringing a weapon to school, but according to police, it was a real gun instead of a pellet gun.
“I was like nervous, I guess everyone, like, started taking it seriously,” said a Hallandale Beach High student.
School administrators called in a code red after a school resource officer found a gun on 17-year-old Dwaynton Pulley. He was patted down after a fight at the school when the gun was found.
He may be charged as an adult.

Just as this story aired, 7News learned that there was a third student arrested for carrying a gun at South Broward High School Wednesday.
According to Hollywood Police, a 15-year-old boy armed himself with one of his father’s guns to retrieve another gun one of his friends allegedly stole after visiting his house.
A school resource officer found the loaded gun in the student’s backpack.

3 students accused of bringing weapons to Broward County schools

Remember, the evil done in Parkland was going to be fixed by the almost half a billion dollars from the Legislature and the softer/kinder teachings and training given to teachers so they can interlace spiritually with the students and bring peace and joy to the school system. Instead, it seems they are carrying guns like they were pokemon cards or toys.

Don’t forget: Not a single person from the Broward School Board that was involved in the Niki Cruz fuck up has been punished yet, nobody has been remover or even given a lateral transfer. They are there collecting on the Florida Taxpayer’s money while blaming us for their failure.

They want you dead, biological warfare edition

Candi Lee CdeBaca is a Democrat politician from Denver.

She wants you dead for supporting Trump.

She won’t take a gun and kill you.  She will just spread a virus that is potentially lethal to mostly elderly people and children.

This isn’t the first time a Leftist has threatened to do that.  The professional pervert Dan Savage got the flu and threatened to lick door handles and coffee cups in an Iowa Republican’s campaign office because he said the Republican was anti-gay.

But this time, with a national panic over the Coronavirus and the fact that it is known to be fatal, this is more than just an annoyance, this is a declaration of biological warfare.

They want you dead.  They can’t win on ideas so they will try and kill you.

As we inch closer to a Trump victory in 2020, these are going to be less threats and more action.

Be safe out there.

The Sun Sentinel endorses Biden as President before the primaries are even over.

The Sun sentinel has gone full TDS in its latest editorial. I’ll just quote some amazing passages:

Endorsement: Joe Biden is the man of the hour for Florida and the nation.

Democrats want, need and deserve a candidate known not for anger, but for accomplishments; for humility, not hostility; and for decency, not demagoguery.

Pudding Joe?

This is the most fateful election since the Civil War. It is critical to replace President Donald Trump, who has proved himself unfit and unworthy in every respect, with someone who deserves the trust of America and the respect of the world.

Did the Sun Sentinel just took a dump on the two shrines of the Democratic Party? FDR and Kennedy?

This is why we strongly recommend Joe Biden in Florida’s March 17 Democratic primary. No one else has done so much for so long to earn the nation’s highest trust.

Hold one, I am rechecking. recreational marijuana is still illegal in Florida.  Are we taking the same Joe here?

Biden is the candidate Trump fears most — so much so that he committed impeachable offenses to disparage him. Both Trump and Vladimir Putin would prefer to see Sanders as the Democratic nominee.

Holy shit, they are indeed smoking pot and heavily up there in Broward County.

Sanders is not a bad man, but he is wrong about how to accomplish many good things. And too many Americans don’t understand how someone can be both a democrat and a socialist.

Maybe because the Democratic Party took a hard tun Left? Being a Democrat now is to be a Socialist or at least that is what the Democratic Base have been telling us.  It is your side that has Antifa and the Anarchist. Accept your responsibility.

I suspect that the Sun Sentinel editorial may have gotten a message from  certain Debbie Wassermann Schulz to have them put pressure on Bernie and his Florida Bros to give it up and have a trouble-free convention. Truthfully that ain’t going to happen, too many whacko kids have emotionally invested too much and nothing short of a Bernie victory will satisfy them.

LiveStreaming Negligent Discharge

Everybody is Gansta till shit gets holes they were not supposed to get.

“I swear guys! I just emptied the mag!”

No you did not, you colossal twerp. You even even looked at the magwell from below of looking through chamber. You just racked the slide, saw a cartridge eject and your intoxicated mind added 2=2 to get a 22 AKA Negligent Discharge.

He is some sort of gamer who got drunk started streaming and ended up with a negligent discharge in what I think is his home. From what I seen in Twitter, he lost his biggest sponsor. No kidding!

And once again:

Joe Biden really wants to win the election

No, not really.  I honestly don’t believe he wants to win.  I think he is trying to scuttle his chances because deep down he knows he’s too old to be President.

That is the only thing that can explain this:

Joe Biden promises to put Beto O’Rourke in charge of gun control

Moments after former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke — who promised in a September debate to take away legally purchased assault rifles if elected — endorsed Joe Biden’s White House run, the former vice president promised to name the Texan as his point man on gun control.

“I want to make something clear, I’m going to guarantee you this is not the last you’ve seen of him,” Biden said Monday evening during a campaign rally in Dallas. “You’re going to take care of the gun problem with me. You’re going to be the one who leads this effort.”

This is the same Beto who:

Beto says police would enforce gun confiscation under his buyback plan: ‘There have to be consequences’

Police officers will physically show up to gun owners’ homes and enforce 2020 presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke’s mandatory assault weapons buyback if he is elected president, the Texas Democrat said during a Wednesday interview.

“Any law that is not followed or flagrantly abused, there have to be consequences or else there is no respect for the law,” he said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“I think there would be a visit by law enforcement to recover that firearm and to make sure that it is purchased, bought back so that it cannot be potentially used against somebody else.”

Door to door confiscation of guns.  I guess as a Texas politician, Beto looked at the ATF raid at Waco and said: “that shit was AWESOME, we need more of that!”

Gun control knocked Douche Nukem Swalwell out early and then took out Beto.

The same Beto didn’t win the Senate race in his home state, partly because of how Texans think about gun control.

If Biden does win, well, we might be fucked.  But declaring this early on that the Biden campaign is picking the guy who thought Janet Reno was the hero of Waco and wants to send agents to your house to take your guns and shoot your dogs, and maybe you and your kids too, is going to be his gun czar, is going to be the fastest way to take any moderate gun owner who isn’t a fan of Trump and keep them home on election day.

Outside the box solution to this jerk

I saw this on the news and, just wow…

Vegan runner asks neighbors to close windows when cooking meat with ‘offensive’ odor

A self-proclaimed “vegan runner” from Berkeley, California received backlash on Saturday after asking neighbors to close their windows when cooking meat because the smells were ‘overpowering and offensive.’

“Several nights a week I’m out running around dinnertime and when people have their windows open I can smell what they are cooking,” the request said. “I’ve noticed a sharp uptick recently in smells of folks cooking meat and it can be quite overpowering.”

“Quite honestly the odor is offensive and I’m hoping our community can have some empathy for its #plantbased neighbors by closing their windows if they are cooking meat and only putting vegetables on their bbq,” the runner added.

That level of hubris is usually only seen by the protagonists of Greek or Shakeprian tragedies just before they have sex with their mothers or eat their children.  It’s hard to fathom that in real life.  Then again, this person is a vegan from Berkely, so perhaps this is less a naturally born human as much as it is so much all of the smug self-righteousness in the area reaching critical mass and condensing into a sentient being, the way cosmic gas condenses into a star.

They didn’t want to be a stereotype but suggested people should “join the movement” should do some research on why the odor of cooking animals is offensive.

A vegan telling other people how to live in their own homes so as not to offend them – noting the gender-neutral pronoun “they” for the singular.  Just how stereotypical could they get?

Now, I know that most of the readers here are thinking:

“What I’m going to do is buy a case of frozen burger patties and a case of bacon at Costco and have a grill-out outside in time for this fucker to run by and get a lung full of meaty goodness.”

And you are right to do that because fuck them with a Hilshire Farm Yard ‘o Beef.

But I’m feeling particularly angry at this dude, so I want to up the ante.

Some neighbors need to find out where this person lives.  Then they need to have said grill-out.

Then they need to invite the local homeless population to camp out in their yard eating said hamburgers.  Much like feeding pigeons in the park.

Maybe the smell of several hundred stinking vagrants, shitting on their property, will cover up the smell of cooked meat.

There is only one way to find out.
