The coming legal civil war in Missouri
Another update about te saga of the McCloskeys of St. Louis.
From the AP:
St. Louis couple charged for pulling, waving guns at protest
St. Louis’ top prosecutor on Monday charged a husband and wife with felony unlawful use of a weapon for displaying guns during a racial injustice protest outside their mansion.
Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who are white, are both personal injury attorneys in their 60s. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner told The Associated Press that their actions risked creating a violent situation during an otherwise nonviolent protest last month.
“It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner — that is unlawful in the city of St. Louis,” Gardner said.
Gardner is recommending a diversion program such as community service rather than jail time if the McCloskeys are convicted. Typically, class E felonies could result in up to four years in prison.
Consider that conviction of a felony leads to disbarment, so regardless of the punishment imposed by the court, this will ruin their lives and their ability to make an income.
From the beginning, this has been an entirely political and partisan investigation by Gardner.
She is a radical Leftist who let all the arrested rioters in St. Louis go without prosecution. None of the people who broke down the McCloskeys’ gate and trespassed onto their property were punished.
The Governor has already announced that he would likely pardon the McCloskeys and doubled down on that since charges were announced.
Missouri Gov. Mike Parson told “Hannity” on Monday that “without a doubt,” he will pardon Mark and Patricia McCloskey, hours after St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner filed felony charges against them.
Parson, a Republican, said Missouri was one of several states with a “castle doctrine” principle wherein people could protect themselves, their family and/or their property in certain situations.
“Without a doubt, Sean,” he said when asked about a pardon. “I will do everything within the Constitution of the State of Missouri to protect law-abiding citizens and those people are exactly that. They are law-abiding citizens, and they’re being attacked frankly by a political process that’s really unfortunate.”
The Governor is not the only state official coming to the defense of the McCloskeys.
The state Attorney General is jumping into the fray on their behalf.
Citizens shouldn’t be targeted for exercising their #2A right to self-defense
STL prosecutor Kim Gardner is engaged in a political prosecution
As AG I’m entering the case seeking a dismissal & defend all Missourians’ right to protect their lives/property https://t.co/kQLXOAhFIz

Note that both the Governor and AG have quoted Missouri’s castle doctrine.
This is the first time I’ve ever seen a state AG rush in to play defense on a citizen’s behalf.
So this is where we stand. The Circuit Attorney of St. Louis versus the Missouri AG and Governor. Will Gardner drop the charges or will she continue this prosection and try to make political hay out of it?
This is also building up to be the greatest victory for gun rights since Heller and McDonald. We are witnessing a state Governor and AG stand up for castle doctrine and the right of the people to stand armed in defense of their lives and property in the face of an angry mob.
We all believed this, but to have it explicitly stated by two of the highest-ranking officials of a state is a clarion.
Seattle and Portland mayors vs Seattle and Portland police
Here are some videos from Seattle and Portland, showing what the police are having to deal with in those cities.
Yesterday in Seattle, a mob of bat-carrying antifa & BLM rioters marched around city, breaking windows one-by-one & starting fires. They ambushed police at West & East precincts, injuring 12. Like Portland, local police aren't allowed to stop the rioters. https://t.co/COgB8dt7rp pic.twitter.com/JdjYBNW6qv

Over and over again, violence, rioting, destruction of property, arson, and attacks on federal property. The police are being injured, mortar fireworks are being thrown at them, they are facing down horrible violence. We saw the same thing in Chicago.
The local police are either overwhelmed or hamstrung by local politicians which is why the federal government was sent in.
Today, Mayors from around the country took a stand against unilateral federal intervention in our cities, calling for immediate removal of the President’s “Rapid Deployment Unit” squads and for a congressional investigation of their unconstitutional terror tactics. pic.twitter.com/akgHn7hPWz

I was proud to join @MayorJenny of Seattle, Mayor @KeishaBottoms of Atlanta, @chicagosmayor Lori Lightfoot of Chicago, @MayorBowser of Washington, DC, and Mayor @QuintonLucasKC of Kansas City in these actions.

The mayors of these cities want federal law enforcement out of their cities because they have no control over federal law enforcement. They can’t tell the federal government not to use tear gas or to give the rioters room to riot.
City leaders are encouraging lawlessness.
I cannot for the life of me understand why they are doing this, but they are.
I will say it again: if duly elected officials of these cities want the chaos, let them have it.
I keep saying it, surrender Portland
Miguel has written a out how Ghandi could only win against the British. It was because he knew how the British were and could beat them weaponizing their own civility against them. Had Ghandi tried his tactics against the Nazis, he would have been shot in a day.
The Protesters in Portland are winning because they know us and the rules we live by.
If you missed the news, a naked woman joined the protest, doing naked yoga in front of the police.
That led to Tweets like this:

“Ha ha ha, big scary cops run into little boys when they see a naked woman.”
Or:
https://twitter.com/RaindropWorkPDX/status/1284412343875559424
“We can defeat Nazi cops with the power of feminist vagina.”
I can tell you exactly, 100%, what was going through each and every officer’s mind.
“If I touch that woman in any way, if I even look too hard, I’m going to be accuse of rape or sexual assault or some other sex crime and I’m going to be ruined for life.”
This woman absolutely knew that her nakedness made her invincible because it weaponized our own civility against us.
Our law enforcement cannot shoot to kill protesters.
We cannot employ the overwhelming, crushing force we need because we are beholden to our standards which they flaunt.
Next, and mark my words it will happen, the next Wall of Moms will be wearing babies in carriers on their chests knowing cops won’t pepper spray a three-month-old in a Babybjorn.
The only way to beat them at their own game is not to play.
Surrender Portland.
Let Antifa take it over completely.
When the Antifa death squad start killing civilians, they are just depleting Oregon’s Democratic voting base
AOC drafts bill to make it easier to doxx law enforcement
From The Nation:
A House Bill Would Require Feds to Identify Themselves
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will introduce the legislation, following controversial arrests in Portland.
The bill would require on-duty federal agents to display not just the name of their agency but also the individual agent’s last name and identification number. It would also mandate a new form of oversight for the Justice Department, requiring its inspector general to conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with the legislation. The results of these audits would then be reported to Congress.
Why not require federal law enforcement to make their social security numbers and address public info too.
The secrecy has been the direct result of, doxing, SWATting, and harassing officers families.
Law enforcement should have some protection when they do their job and not having to worry that in the middle of a riot your family is going to be threatened or your credit ruined by some protester with internet access is part of that protection.
AOC wanted to abolish ICE. She didn’t get that so now she’s going to unleash the mob against federal Leo’s.
Keith Ellison is pro rapist
This is former Congressman and current AG of Minnesota, Keith Ellison.
If you think the “Deund the Police” movement Joe Biden supports won’t give criminals free reign in our cities, just take a look at what Keith Ellison is saying… Cops shouldn’t respond to rape cases to try to catch the attacker. pic.twitter.com/k1hiSnb32V

I can’t speak to the experience of a woman after she’s been raped.
But I can speak to a husband and the father of a daughter and I want rapists arrested, prosecuted, and put behind bars. Or resist arrest, get shot, and get put in the ground. Either works for me.
The point is I want rapists off the street so they cannot harm other women.
That’s the point if calling to police.
A woman can and should get counseling.
Preventing other women from experiencing that trauma is important too.
Ellison seems to think that dealing with a rape should end at therapy for the victim. The rapist should get a pass if he runs away.
It shouldn’t be surprising that a Progressive feminism supporter and Muslim would want to take it easy on rapists.
What this does is prove to me just how much concealed carry is more important than ever. If politicians are defunding the police and discouraging you from calling the cops after you’ve been raped, you’re going to have no choice but to stop the rapist yourself while its happening.
