‘Wall of moms’ at Portland protest formed to protect demonstrators

A group of protesters in Portland formed a “wall of moms” during demonstrations over the weekend as the Oregon city saw continued tensions rise amid weeks of unrest and the presence of federal authorities.

The group of women formed what could be called a human shield dubbed the “wall of moms” at the front of a protest outside a federal courthouse on Sunday, and videos on social media showed the group chanting, “Moms are here, feds stay clear” and “Leave our kids alone.”

What happened next won’t surprise you.

It turns out federal law enforcement is quite the feminist organization and it treats moms acting like a human shield for rioters  just like any other group and dispensed with the pepper spray.

 

The fed doesn’t care if your a mom. You can’t be a human shield for people destroying federal property with a hammer.

Like that is really gonna work.

Welcome to reality biting these women in the ass. They thought that the big scary government would treat them with kids glves because they are middle class suburban white moms.

Ha, ha, ha, ha,ha, no.

Oh no. Not the moms.

Frankly, and mom that supports their college age kid throwing fireworks at cops and burning federal property needs a good pepper spraying.

Yeah, I’m so disappointed in your fucking kid.

This is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen.

I would put money on these being mostly single moms.

You and I know that if there was a ‘wall of dads’ they’d be wrestling the night sticks away from the feds in order to lay down their own ass whooping on these unruly kids.

You are complaining we are not out there with you against “The Man”, against the government in support of you and your “cause.” You say we are supposed to bring our Gadsden flags and our guns and join your fight because your rights are being abused. That we join forces for the Revolution and achieve what you call freedom.

First, you do have the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, but you get to do it peacefully. Threatening, harassing citizens, busting store fronts, spray painting, looting and arson are not covered in the Bill of Rights as proper forms of  petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Then, why should we give a shit about what happens to you? Because it may happen to us? If that was true, it would have happened long ago, your controllers would be in charge and you would be gorging every day the mana coming out the Socialists fountain. You’d be living the Communist Nirvana.

Instead, we have been fighting for three decades (or more) alone. you were nowhere when we needed help.

Where were you and your outrage  when…

Ruby Ridge happened?
Elian Gonzalez was forcefully sent to a communist country at gunpoint?
The 26 children at Waco were burn to death?
George Zimmerman was made an example of unchecked judicial power?
Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered thanks to Operation Fast & Furious?

Where was your desire to support the Bill Of Rights or us after…
Every attack on Concealed Carry?
Every attack on Open Carry?
Every attack on Stand Your Ground?
Every attack on Castle Doctrine?
Every “Assault Weapons” Ban bill?
Every time they threatened to raise our taxes to pay for their crime failures?
Every attack on high capacity magazines?
Every attack on ammunition?
Every time we were called terrorists?
Every time we have been threatened with mass arrests?
Every time our families have been threatened or wished death?
Every time death or grave bodily harm was wished upon us?
Every time we defended ourselves with our guns & you sided with the criminal?
Every time you have called us racists through the years?
Every time the police was called against somebody carrying a weapon legally?
Every Time a Gun Rights advocated was doxxed or SWATted?

And I can answer those questions easily: You did not care for us or were actively fighting us.

You declared yourself our enemy in thought and deed.

And now you want our help? Hell, no.

Besides, if there is a tale we know by heart is the one of the Scorpion and the Turtle.

Reap the whirlwind.

More Lefties demanding that we gun owners fight their battles for them

Over the weekend I’ve caught more comments online from Lefties who are upset that gun owners are not rushing in to defend shoot the cops on their behalf.

Including a similar sentiment from a sitting US Senator (he’s first):

I used to be a Libertarian.  I’m not anymore but I believe I still understand their principles.

Nothing about LIbertariansm says that the federal government cannot arrest people who have engaged in the arson and destruction of federal property.

Federal LEOs are picking these people off the streets when they are relatively alone or in only small groups as opposed to in the middle of riots when the LEOs are outnumbered.  They are not being “disappeared” or “kidnapped.”  They are being taken to a federal judge for arraignment the next morning.

But Schatz for brains couldn’t come right out and say what others on the Left wanted to.

No, in fact.  We law-abiding gun owners own guns to protect ourselves from government that attacks us first.  Government that in general are run by people who share an ideology with the current crop that is causing all the problems in Portland.

We did not sign up to shoot cops lawfully executing arrest warrants on people who try and set fire to a federal courthouse.

Especially, because the same people who are calling for us to come and defend them were wishing the government to kneel on our necks until about 15 minutes ago, and will send the government to kneel on our necks as soon as they win and take over.

Good news for the McCloskeys in Missouri

The very Leftist biased Circuit Attorney for St. Louis, Kim Gardner, has gone on record that she wants to prosecute the McCloskeys.

This is the same attorney who let every violent rioter in St. Louis out of jail without charges.

When it came to the McCloskeys defending their home from threats, this is what she had to say:

“I am alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend, where peaceful protesters were met by guns and a violent assault. We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated.

My office is currently working with the public and police to investigate these events. Make no mistake: we will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable.”

Well, there is good news for the McCloskeys.

Missouri governor says he’d pardon St. Louis couple if they are charged for brandishing guns at protesters

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson (R) suggested on Friday that he was prepared to pardon a St. Louis couple if charges were filed against them for brandishing firearms at a group of protesters outside their home.

Parson strongly pushed back against the impetus for the investigation, saying that the McCloskeys “did what they legally should do.”

“A mob does not have the right to charge your property. They had every right to protect themselves,” he said.

Asked whether he would consider a pardon if charges were filed, Parsons said, “I think that’s exactly what would happen.”

“Right now, that’s what I feel,” he said. “You don’t know until you hear all the facts. But right now, if this is all about going after them for doing a lawful act, then yeah, if that scenario ever happened, I don’t think they’re going to spend any time in jail.”

“We will not allow law-abiding citizens to be targeted for exercising their constitutional rights,” Parson added in a tweet linking to his comments.

Good.  This is what the governor should do.

This is one of our more valuable checks and balances.

When the Circuit Attorney (or any attorney working on behalf of the state) engages in malicious and political prosecution, the executive branch (be it state or federal) has the right to pardon the victim of the prosecution.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney has clearly positioned herself as a friend of the mob.

It’s good that the Governor is standing up for law and order against the mob and its allies in office.

NYC Woke policy drives away neighboring police departments

All four letters name Code section 10-181 as the cause of these city departments refusing to enter the jurisdiction of or provide assistance to the NYPD.

As Miguel noted before, Section 10-181 criminalizes the most effective techniques for police to control suspects while placing them under arrest.

Neighboring departments will not put their officers at risk of being prosecuted by NYC or being hurt or killed by criminals who are given the upper hand by NYC’s Woke restriction on subdual techniques.

After 9/11, the NYPD needed all the help it could get.

Given what de Blasio has done, if another disaster hit NYC, be it terrorist, natural, or social upheaval, the NYPD is on its own.

Woman killed for doing what the Left told her to

It is pretty clear that the purpose of defunding the police is to embolden criminals and harm law-abiding citizens.

Woman fatally shot in NYC after asking man to stop setting off fireworks

A Brooklyn woman is dead after she was shot confronting a man setting off illegal fireworks in Brooklyn.

Shatavia Walls, 33, who was peppered with gunfire July 7 after asking the man to stop setting off the explosives, died from her injuries Friday night at Brookdale Hospital, police sources said.

Walls was shot eight times at 1259 Loring Ave. in the Pink Houses around 8:30 p.m. Her companion, Kelvin Hernandez, was also struck, the sources said.

Setting off illegal fireworks is a “nonviolent act,” Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams said last month, urging residents to “go talk to the young people or the people on your block who are using fireworks” instead of calling 911 or 311.

We are told that calling the police on black people is tantamount to murder because the police will come and kill them.

We are told that we should avoid calling the police on non-violent criminals.

This woman did what the Left told her to.  The man she told to stop shooting off fireworks got a gun and shot her eight times.

The Left doesn’t care about that woman’s life.  She was a law-abiding citizen killed by a criminal.

The Left only wants to protect criminals, not law-abiding citizens.  They want the law-abiding to cower in their homes, afraid to go out, not willing to call the police, and terrified to stand up to those terrorizing their community.

This woman obeyed the Left and paid for it with her life.
