Two-Tiered Justice System collecting the obvious results.

The teens accused of fatally mowing down 64-year-old retired police chief Andreas Probst with a stolen car on Aug. 14 appeared in Las Vegas Justice Court on Thursday. Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, face a variety of charges including murder and are being tried as adults in the death penalty state.

According to police, Ayala, whose alleged inhumanity was caught on film, appeared wholly unrepentant upon being taken into custody, telling officers, “You think this juvenile [expletive] is gonna do some [expletive]? I’ll be out in 30 days, I’ll bet you,” reported KLAS-TV.

Ayala, whose criminal record in the juvenile system is substantial, added, “It’s just ah, [expletive] ah, hit-and-run — slap on the wrist.”

Las Vegas teen bet arresting officers he’d only receive a ‘slap on the wrists’ for mowing down 64-year-old former police chief in stolen car: Report – TheBlaze

They have been told they can get away with their crimes because (insert progressive excuse here) so they have no morals or fear retribution for doing their murderous deed.

And you know what? Until I see they are sent to Death Row, I will expect they will get that slap on the wrist.

Gas Station Carjacking

This is the way I do it.

As I drive in, a quick scan of the area to see if any unsavory elements are present. If so, move to the next station or wait another day.

1) I park closer to the pumps.
2) Driver door is wide open “blocking” one avenue of approach. Hose is “blocking” the other.
3) I do not stop scanning. My eyesight is only distracted starting and then finishing pumping.
4) Anybody coming close, gets a full scan and a “not friendly” eye contact.
5) I don’t need a receipt. I don’t wait around unnecessarily.
6) Hop in, close door, start engine and shift to drive so the doors lock automatically.
7) GTFO.

And for the love of all that is holy: Do not wear flip-flops outside the home unless you are by the pool or at the beach. Traction is a good thing to have.

Old News: Restraining Order Fails. Defensive Shooting Works. (Update)

Trusting your life to the orders of a judge and have no Plan B in case they are ignored may lead to an early grave staying. He was a convicted felon with a history of violence.

The idiot was armed with an M1 carbine, a Ruger 10-22 and a Ruger Redhawk. Unfortunately, the resident that stopped Mancilla, Gary Gowan, died exchanging fire probably saving a lot of lives.

UPDATE: It was worse. Just found this follow up article.

This kind of judge used to be the exception, but now they are the Soros rule.

Friday Feedback

The first shipments should go out early next week. Just the Velcro backing. Those come from my supplies. J.Kb. will start shipping the actual patches sometime after the 28th.

We are looking at all the other options. We just have to make sure we break even or make a bit of profit on these things.

I did a quick count on Monday and was tracking some 51 different cases. That number is now 54.

Feel free to give us your feedback, we deserve it.

Another case of knowing when to walk away

From Los Angeles:

I get it, I do.  You don’t want people smoking drugs in front of your kids.

But drug addicted vagrants are not nice people.

This is a job for police.

And, I get that too.  This is LA.  You call the cops for something like this and they won’t show up.

You can’t assume other people to be reasonable and neighborly when they are in the middle of flagrantly breaking several laws.

Yes, the situation sucks and it makes you feel impotent to not be able to do anything, but that’s better than getting stabbed.

Another J.Kb policy

I will work to pass a Constitutional Amendment that adds the words “except child abusers and pedophiles” to the end of the 8th Amendment.

The mandatory punishment for something like this will be getting tossed into a pit with a thousand starving rats.

Know when to walk away and know when to run

This story is horrible.

Family: Central Florida dad killed in front of 8-year-old son amid tree trimming dispute with neighbor

A 78-year-old DeLeon Springs man is in jail without bond, accused of shooting and killing his neighbor during a dispute over trees.

Edward Druzolowski is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 42-year-old Brian Ford.

911 calls released Monday reveal it was the suspect’s wife who called for help. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office also released body cam video showing Druzolowski’s arrest.

“My husband had it in his hand. He meant to scare him, and he hit him. He was on our property,” she said.

The victim’s mother tells a harrowing story. Her son was trimming tree limbs for her when he was shot and killed in front of his 8-year-old son Sunday night.

She says she and her neighbor weren’t exactly friendly but never expected something like this.

She says her son Brian had come over for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and do some yard work for her. Brian Ford and his 8-year-old son were trimming limbs at the fence line. She was in the carport in her walker when suddenly, she heard a loud noise.

“I heard a big boom, and then he started, the little one started screaming, ‘He shot my dad! He shot my dad!” Linda Ford said.

Druzolowski let his court-appointed public defender plead his case for bond, telling the judge Druzolowski has no prior criminal history. But assistant state attorney Dustin Haven argued against it.

“He admitted in the 707 that the victim was unarmed and had made no threats,” Haven said.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect saw the victim doing the tree work and ordered him off what he claimed was his property, though the victim’s mother told WESH 2 where her son was working was still her property.

“My fence is 2 feet inside my yard. So I go another 2 feet outside my fenced area,” she said.

When the victim didn’t leave, investigators say the suspect shot him, killing Brian. The victim’s mother says the suspect was still holding the gun when she got there and pointed it at her and her grandson.

This is murder.

This old fuck really deserves to get strapped into Old Sparkey and ride the lightning straight to hell.

There is nothing defensive about shooting an unarmed man in front of his child then yelling at his child.

There is a lesson to be learned here.

Don’t argue with assholes.

I had a neighbor who was a crazy asshole.  She was in the other side of a duplex I used to live in.

Whenever I vacuumed, she’d go into a raging fit over how much noise I was making and start banging on my door.  I’d call the cops.  I never opened my door to confront her.

In an unfriendly neighbor pitches a fit over trimming bushes he say are in his yard, walk away.

Just walk away.

Just let him take care of it or go through legal channels to deal wity it (cops or lawyers).

You never go is that person is going to go from unfriendly to murderous over nothing.

And again, I’m not victim blaming.  This man did nothing wrong.  I’m trying to learn and share a lesson grom this so other people dint learn the hard way.
