ICE: Undocumented immigrant, deported twice before, caught raping woman under stairwell

An undocumented immigrant, twice deported from the United States, had to be pried off a half-naked, semiconscious woman he was raping, Montgomery County Police allege in court documents obtained by 7 On Your Side.

Around 9:30 p.m. last Thursday, dispatchers put out a priority call for a man raping a woman below a stairwell along the 11200 block of Grandview Avenue in Downtown Wheaton. The woman could be heard shouting, “No!”

“Lopez-Gonzalez was on the top of [the victim] who was naked from the waist down,” police wrote in court documents filed late last week in Montgomery County District Court. “[The officer] advised that he initially yelled at Lopez-Gonzalez to get off [the victim] but that he had to physically pull him off her because he was still engaging in sexual intercourse.”

He didn’t care that the woman was shouting “no” or that the cop had responded, he was going to bust that nut.

That is just vile.

Lopez-Gonzalez reportedly stated he knew the victim was highly intoxicated, and in turn, figured she would not remember what had transpired.

“Lopez-Gonzalez advised that [the victim] trusted him to take care of her because she had a lot to drink at the bar,” police wrote in court documents.

That’s beyond horrific.

I’m glad that he was arrested and charged with rape, but this happened in Wheaton, Maryland, which is wedged between the sanctuary cities of Rockville and Silver Spring, so what do you think is going to happen to this guy.

When the cops have to pull a rapist off and out of a woman, because he doesn’t even have the wherewithal to stop when the cop tells him to freeze, then he comes up with an excuse like “she was so drunk, I didn’t think she’d remember” I’d be totally fine with the cop just ending that shit with a 9mm to the braincase right then and there in the street.

Just cover up the body cam with a hand and pull a Dirty Harry.  That was a cop who knew how to handle rapists caught in the act.
