Just downloaded the AWB of 20013 bill and gave it a very quick look over. Bottom of page 122 we find this beauty:
EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made by this section shall take effect 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
I might be reading it wrong but it looks like we are supposed to register our EBR and other “WMD” within 90 days of enactment? And after that we are officially felons?
The “semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm” for pistols is indeed in the bill. Most of the bill are the names of the guns prohibited and not prohibited. As far as I can see, the directives are on the first and last pages…. but I am going to read carefully just in case they decided to be sneaky.

It was never about drying up the market of “assault weapons” but outright bans. The only people buying into that are Journalists that think guns have an expiration date and then they come apart at the molecular level……Hmmmm I like that, I may have to use it.
She bailed on the registration but sales of ‘assault weapons’ have to go through an FFL
The severability clause concerns me as well.
The guns are named.
Simple fix.
Cancel the brand. Rename it.
