Were I in the business of violating the law for material gain in forced one way barters I would NOT like knowing that almost 6% of my intended victims were armed.
Population of Fl is 19 million and about 5 million are under 21. This means one out of 15 adults in Fl choose to carry.

It varies. In my county it’s slightly higher, at roughly 1 in 14, or 7%. But we’re reliably “red state”.

Wife read a CNN story quoting the VPC that gun ownership is in decline…we then spent the next hour reading the various stories from MANY states pointing out their carry permits are at an all time high.
Makes me smile to think that japete pissed herself. Speaking of, her last couple of screeds have been about how evil the NRA is. I rarely leave a comment. I do have my own screed about the people that hate the NRA. And the losers that are pissed at Obama because of the UN’s failure on the ATT.

Yes, VPC is right! Gun ownership IS down. The number of owners are declining and the few that are out there are stockpiling even MORE guns so they have them stashed away before the ban comes.
Carry permits are at an all time high too because the people who have them are getting more. They want to be REALLY sure that they are grandfathered in when the ban comes.
