So, whaddaya do when your senator IS the blood dancing ghoul in question.
Do it anyway…. you occupy space some anti gun may use. And you need the practice 🙂
I drop her a little nasty -gram at least every other month.
Oh, I dropped her a nasty-gram a while back. Called her a blood-dancing ghoul if she proceeded with this. She proved to be a ghoul.
Shit…..my senator is freakin Harry Reed.
Keep pushing!

Also, never loose sight of the fact this bill was most likely written so over the top, so that when they offer their fake compromise of universal registration, um, I mean background checks, they will seem to have given in. Don’t let them register our Rights.
Weer’d has a link to interesting info with an excerpt about how Feinstein’s bill is a smokescreen for one little portion….
http://www.weerdworld.com/2013/more-poorly-written-bills/
“According to the bill, any semiautomatic firearm that uses a magazine — handgun, rifle or shotgun — equipped with a “pistol grip,” would be banned. That sounds like a limitation, but it is not.”
“A pistol grip (on page 2) is defined (on page 13) as “a grip, a thumb-hole stock, or any other characteristic that can function as a grip.””
“Magazine size does not matter. Brand name does not matter. It doesn’t matter if it’s black. If you can grip it, it’s banned under this bill.”
The bill has assorted crap like that. My guess is that the White House only saw the Registration part and freaked the hell out knowing it would not pass and demanded to be removed. They were not expecting that even without the registration part it would be dead in the water as it so far appears.

Remember, These people are enemies of the state. They are the ones that would wipe their ass with the Constitution and never think twice.
Funny, or pitiful, depending on your point of view, and/or drug use, it always seems to be the same group of names. Without even looking at the list, I could have rattled off all but 4 of them. And those 4 (Cardin, Hirono, Murphy, Schatz) are only because, I have no idea who they are. 🙂 Freshmen?
Ruger has also given their app for contacting your reps to other gun companies, free of charge. I just saw today that Smith & Wesson now has it on their website…so go hit it again!
[…] Miguel notes that lawmakers don’t seem eager to sign on with Feinstein’s gun ban. Don’t get complacent. If they win on any issue, it’s going to make a follow up victory much more likely. Don’t forget after Brady passed, they finally got their “assault weapons” ban. Next time that bridge too far won’t have a self-destruct mechanism built into it. They won’t fall for that again. […]
