A group that seldom gets mentioned in this pages:
And the post refers to an article in the HuffPo which on first view one can easily deduce where it is going:
“Exponentially more schools have said, ‘Thanks but no thanks, we’d rather not have guns on school property,'” Josh Horwitz, executive director of the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, told WSJ. “If you talk to most teachers and educators, their response is, let teachers teach and let law-enforcement officers do their jobs.”
Basically “We cannot have people with guns in a school in case some nutjob comes to kill our students. If something happens what we do is for people with guns to come late to the attack because that makes much more sense.”
“If you talk to most teachers and educators, their response is, let teachers teach and let law-enforcement officers do their jobs.”
Hi Miquel, Whenever I see a statement like this my first thought is when a criminal shows up with a gun, I doubt there will be much teaching taking place for the rest of the day. The priority becomes safeguarding the students.
Not for the antis. Their priority when an armed lunatic shows up at a school is to dance in the blood.
And how can they dance in the blood if there isn’t any? In fact, the anti-gun crowd should be arguing that mentally unstable individuals should have access to high-capacity fully-automatic weapons to ensure a nice, large puddle of childrens’ and innocents’ blood that they can dance in.
It would just make their jobs so much easier.
And call for more “gun control” instead of “criminal control”. the antis are too stupid to understand that criminals don’t give a crap about gun laws.

That right there….
Well, that’s one school that will NEVER HAVE A SHOOTING HAPPEN THERE.
What josh is telling us is that five years ago there weren’t any school systems that even allowed guns and some have decided to continue that policy. While hundreds now arm people as protectors of our children and thousands of schools are looking at the issue in a new light. He knows he is on a sinking ship and the insanity of his position will keep him on it until it hits the bottom. Hold your breath josh.
Notice how they don’t mention a single problem so far ?
Harrold ISD in Texas has had armed teachers and staff since 2007.
Argyle is the 3rd or 4th in the North Texas area that has gone this route…..and still no reported problems.
