         1. No, they did it to themselves. At Verdun, the Somme, the Marne,the Balkans, Poland, France, Germany, and the low countries. Twice in 30 years. Two generations of men were wiped out.

3. Ok… can we set aside the whole “we’ll get blamed for this” schtick and focus on the fact that these monsters looped a sling /through the trigger guard/ of a pistol and handed it to a toddler who couldn’t possibly hold it right?
