Actually, that’s Detroit River. Renaissance Ctr in the background, along with the Ambassador Bridge. The “river” runs from Lake St. Clair to Lake Erie, bordering between Detroit, MI and Windsor, Ont. He must be on Belle Isle, or possibly Windsor.

But I am sure there is more than one gun down there being Detroit and all.
