Always carry a knife

This pitbull attacks on a child took place in China.

That is a totalitarian country where you have no right to defend yourself.

Chinese government will shoot the dog for biting you, shoot the owner for having a dog that bites, and probably shoot you for being bitten by the dog and going viral.

In America, most of America I should say, you have options.

There are many comments about poking the dog in the eye.

That won’t work with pitbulls.  They are fighting dogs, they fight through the pain to the death.

The only thing you can do is kill the dog or choke it unconscious.  That takes time.

A knife to the throat is much faster.

California is proving QAnon to be a documentary

California Assembly committee blocks bill that could have sent human traffickers of kids to prison for life

The California Assembly committee on public safety blocked a bill that would increase the charges for human trafficking.

The Golden State lower house committee considered Senate Bill 14, which would make the human trafficking of children a “serious felony.” Serious felony charges under California law currently include murder, rape, and any other crime which may incur the death penalty or life sentence in state prison.

However, instead of upping the ante on child traffickers, the California Assembly Public Safety Committee nuked the measure on Tuesday.

I’m trying to come up with one logical reason that California Democrats wouldn’t want to make the sex trafficking of children a serious felony that isn’t “they are a cabal of pedophiles that trade in trafficked children,” and honestly, I can’t think of one.

The only reason I can fathom someone not wanting to make the sex trafficking of children a serious felony is that they traffic in children.

I’m convinced QAnon isn’t a conspiracy theory, it’s a documentary about the Democrat elite.

Anti-cop Leftists go after your home security cameras

Security cameras are generally Miguel’s topic of interest (and I’d love his take), but this is more about the degree to which the anti-cop Left wants to facilitate crime.

Make no mistake, that is their goal.

You are a bigot for your white flight to the suburbs, so they are doing everything they can to ruin your community.

From Wired:

Why We Don’t Recommend Ring Cameras
They’re affordable and ubiquitous, but homeowners shouldn’t be able to act as vigilantes.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that they have no idea what a vigilante is.

MOST OF THE time, product testing is pretty simple. If a router is better and more feature-full than another with a similar price, then you give it a better score and move on with your day. However, we occasionally end up with products that can be dangerous to you, or to society in general, which we believe to be the case with Amazon-owned Ring and its relationship with law enforcement.

When you set up a Ring camera, you are automatically enrolled in the Neighbors service. (You can go into the Ring app’s settings and toggle off the Neighbors feed integration and notifications, but the onus is on you.) Neighbors, which is also a stand-alone app, shows you an activity feed from all nearby Ring camera owners, with posts about found dogs, stolen hoses, and a Safety Report that shows how many calls for service—violent or nonviolent—were made in the past week. It also provides an outlet for public safety agencies, like local police and fire departments, to broadcast information widely.

But it also allows Ring owners to send videos they’ve captured with their Ring video doorbell cameras and outdoor security cameras to law enforcement. This is a feature unique to Ring—even Nextdoor removed its Forward to Police feature in 2020, which allowed Nextdoor users to forward their own safety posts to local law enforcement agencies. If a crime has been committed, law enforcement should obtain a warrant to access civilian video footage.

See, if your Ring camera catches a crime on video, be it a break-in at your home or your neighbor’s home, Ring will send that video evidence to law enforcement.

That’s bad because the cops are bad.  The last thing society needs is for the cops to arrest the right people for committing crimes in middle-class neighborhoods.

Multiple members of WIRED’s Gear team have spoken to Ring over the years about this feature. The company has been clear it’s what customers want, even though there’s no evidence that more video surveillance footage keeps communities safer. Instead, Neighbors increases the possibility of racial profiling. It makes it easier for both private citizens and law enforcement agencies to target certain groups for suspicion of crime based on skin color, ethnicity, religion, or country of origin.

And there you have it, it’s racist.

This is literally the opposite of profiling.  The HD video captures the actual criminals on video.

But you might notice something about those criminals (wink, wink) and that’s double plus ungood.  You might have a wrong think about the evidence your Ring video doorbell captured.

What you need is a video camera system that can’t talk to the police.

If fact, what it needs to do is have facial recognition technology that automatically erases any recording of black people, and report you if there aren’t enough black people in your neighborhood.

Your security system really should be used against you, you bigot, to adjust your social credit score for living in a presumably white, middle-class neighborhood.

The Left doesn’t care about your safety or the safety of your community.  It cares about the safety of criminals.

You can’t have a gun to defend yourself and you can’t have a video security system that talks go the cops.  You just have to accept being the victim of a crime.  That’s social justice.

Monkeypox vindicated Reagan

We had family come and visit for the holiday week.

We went to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The downtown area is nicely walkable with small businesses that cater to tourists.

What a fucking Leftist place that is.

Half the businesses there had an assortment pf Pride flags, signs that said “we support LGBT artists,” and “trans people belong here.”

I kept my mouth shut.

One store took it to the next level.

On top of the plethora of Pride flags, they had a sticker with the likeness of President Ronald Reagan with the caption, “It’s me, I’m the problem.”

Really?

I left, I made no bones about my departure.

But here is ultimately what pisses me off.

My entire life I heard how Reagan’s treatment of the Aids crisis in the 80s was a disaster and cost lives.

Then, in 2022 we had the Monkeypox epidemic.

The Monkeypox epidemic vindicated Reagan.

It didn’t matter how much warning was given about Monkeypox, the gay community kept engaging in large scale, anonymous, fucking and sucking, and Monkeypox spread like a campfire in a California forest.

We were told it was outright homophobic to expect the gays to take a pause from their bath house and sex club fuck and suck fest to slow the spread.

We had to locked down for COVID, but the gays had a natural right to fuck and suck whomever they wanted, whenever they wanted, in a big fucking pile at every Pride fest in the country, and we were the bigots for noticing that those events led to Monkeypox outbreaks.

The only conclusion that I can come to is that I didn’t matter what Reagan did in the 80s.

He and C. Everett Koop could have handled written a personalized warning to each and every gay man in the country, and they still would have gone to the bath houses and gay porn theaters and fucked and sucked the Aids epidemic into existence.

It’s not Reagan that’s the problem, it’s the insatiable sexual degeneracy of gay community that’s the problem.

Monkeypox proved it.

NYC anarcho-tyranny

Anarcho-tyranny:  A stage of governmental dysfunction in which the state is anarchically hopeless at coping with large matters but ruthlessly tyrannical in the enforcement of small ones.

This is the definining characteristic of New York City and other Progressive urban hell holes.

Yesterday, a man rode around on a scooter, randomly shooting people.  He wounded three and killed one.

There were multiple shootings in NYC over the holiday weekend.

In NYC, shoplifting has gotten so bad that grocery stores are putting anti-theft devices on ice cream.

At the sane time, an army of the Waffen NYPD’s finest are arresting a white guy in a suit for having a cigarette on the sidewalk outside the Central Park wall, which technically makes it part of Central Park, which is a no smoking area, and not wanting to present ID.

You can literally shoot up heroin in Central Park, where the city provides free needle disposal, but if you smoke a cigarette, an entire precinct will mobilize to hassle you.

This is the hell the Left wants for the rest if America.

Keep your head on a swivel in public, also NYC is a hell hole

Here is security camera footage of two of the shootings (graphic warning).

Brace for the media to blame loose gun laws from out of state.  Not a culture of criminality that makes riding around on a scooter and shootings at random people a fun hobby on a Saturday afternoon.

There is a lesson to be learned here.

It’s of vital importance to maintain situational awareness.

Miguel will absolutely confirm this for me, people who are familiar with Central and South America do not fucking trust scooter riders at all.

Keeping up your situational awareness, noticing that someone, especially on a scooter, is approaching you while slowing down, is a sign something might about to go horribly wrong (usually a robbery).

I’m not victim blaming, but at least one or two of these victims could have had a chance to assess the situation and run.

One of the many grievances I have with NYC is the culture of “stay in your own world and avoid acknowledging other people” is the opposite of situational awareness.

Keep your head on a swivel.

Stay out of NYC.

And that city should be walled off and isolated.

This is an easy problem to fix

Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger’s death penalty could cost taxpayers $1 MILLION more than life in prison if he’s convicted

Seeking the death penalty for accused Idaho killer Bryan Kohberger could end up costing taxpayers an additional $1million, if he is convicted.

The Latah County Prosecutors’ Office informed the court in late June that they would seek the death penalty because the killings were ‘especially heinous, atrocious or cruel, manifesting exceptional depravity.’

Convicted killers on death row typically rack up significant medical bills as they await execution for decades – all at the expense of taxpayers, plus the cost of their eventual execution.

According to the Idaho Statesman, Gerald Pizzuto, a 67-year-old death row inmate who has been on death row in Idaho since 1986, has cost taxpayers $1.3million, largely in medical costs for a slew of conditions.

The state’s longest-serving death row inmate has been held for more than 40 years, running up a $1.5million tab.

Furthermore, legal delays and a shortage of lethal injections have kept killers on death row for an even longer time, prompting Idaho to bring back the firing squad earlier this year.

This is entirely the result of the stupid way we carry out the death penalty.

We fuck around for decades before we execute someone.  The two examples they use have been on death row for 37 and 40 years.

That’s bullshit.

Here is my proposal.

After a death penalty sentence, the convicted is given one year to gather any new exculpatory evidence or evidence of a mistrial. A panel of judges does an automatic review of the original trial. If there is nothing new that can challenge the original conviction, the execution is carried out the next day.

Death is achieved by a massive overdose of fentanyl from DEA impound.  Fentanyl seized from drug traffickers.  A good bust will capture enough fentanyl to kill millions, there is more than enough in inventory.

It’s painless. The condemned will pass out, stop breathing, and die.

No money spent on drugs and no extended prison sentence. Problem solved.
