Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

The NRA a terrorist organization? One question needs to be answered.

Michael Bane keeps repeating something that is true: The Liberals are chumming the waters. It is like they were betting heavily on a bad response, a bloody act and then somehow, magically and by the force of their convictions, nothing else would happen but they get to control everybody because magic.

These people need to revisit the tale of Pandora’s box. They also need to know that an average of 500 members of Irish Republican Army kept the British Army entangled for decades in an island where they have absolute control of comings and goings and no Bill of Rights to impede them.

They may be interested to know that from 1964 to 2017 the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) drove the Colombian Government crazy to the point they rather pardon them and stop the killing than keep fighting them. The FARC ended up controlling one-third of Colombia and took over the growing and processing of coca leaves into cocaine paste. We are talking about 7,000 armed revolutionaries controlling and area the size of the State of California with only 7,000 armed people.

Since 1991,Abu Sayaff has been basically in control of the south of the Philippines with 1,500 members at its peak, 400 members estimated now. The government cannot get rid of them.

In Peru, Shinning Path (1982) was possibly the cruelest and most sadistic assholes of all terrorist groups in South America. Even though the leader of the group was arrested and the organization is a shadow of what it was, they are still active. Number of members? Although nowadays they run under 500, at its highest they had about 2,000 they managed to keep a tight grip 124,000 square miles of Peru, roughly the size of New Mexico.

So basically you have the example of four real terrorist organizations totaling under ten thousand individuals, controlling more than a quarter million square miles of territory of four countries without any Bill Of Rights’ protections for decades. The question now is very simple:

Do you really want five million NRA members becoming the thing you call us?

Food for thought on that one.

Floridians: What kind of email response are you getting?

I am not getting any replies, automated or otherwise.  Somebody just told me they got 4 acceptances and 49 reject auto responses from FL reps and I was amazed to know he had responses at all.

How about you? Let me know, we may need to alert certain people.

Senate Passes Gun Control Legislation

Yesterday, the Florida Senate voted 20 to 18 to pass a bill that punishes law-citizens for the actions of a mentally deranged criminal who murdered 17 people after repeated warnings were ignored by officials in Florida.

THE REASON THE GUN CONTROL BILL SB-7026 PASSED? Senate leadership strong-armed enough Senators to vote in favor of the bill, despite hearing from gun owners across Florida that passing gun control would do nothing to secure our schools or fix our broken mental health system.

YOU and every other law-abiding gun owner is being blamed for an atrocious act of premeditated murder. Neither the 3-day waiting period on all rifles and shotguns, raising the age from 18 to 21 to buy any firearm, or the bump stock ban will have any effect on crime. Despite that fact, Senate leaders rammed through gun control as part of the bill.

The bill in NOW IN THE HOUSE where House leadership is trying to bully Second Amendment supporters to get them to vote for the gun control package.

Please EMAIL members of the Florida House IMMEDIATELY and tell them to VOTE NO ON GUN CONTROL– VOTE NO ON SB-7026.

Urge them to provide armed security in schools and tighten mental health laws to keep guns out of the hands of those who are a danger to themselves or others BUT LEAVE THE RIGHTS OF LAW-ABIDING GUN OWNERS ALONE.

IN THE SUBJECT LINE PUT: VOTE NO ON GUN CONTROL– Vote Against SB-7026

The saddest part of all these amendments to the Florida Bill?

With the one exception by Senator Steube, most of the 229 amendments (So far at 9:20 am) placed for consideration have been venomously Anti Gun. Only a miniscule part had to do with appropriations and administrative issues.

No GOP Senator or Representative other than Steube has had the courage of step up to write their own Pro-Gun Amendment.

Dear Florida GOP, next year when you are trying to figure out how you lost the Governorship, the Senate and the House, you may want to come back to this month and review where did you screw up.

Stoneman Douglas High School happened because lack of a monument.

According to a new amendment to be added to the SB 7026 by Representative Smith. If it is in the bill then it has to be something that could have stopped the massacre, right?

Now that is good thinking. Why don’t we create a huge HIGH SCORE – OMAR MATEEN marker for other assholes to be inspired?

Oh Dear God, it is now the turn of the Florida House. (Being Updated Regularly.)

Welcome to HB 7101 and the House Democrats started to pile the stupid:

– A person may not transfer, sell, keep for sale, or offer for sale, or display in public, a large capacity magazine. (We must not scare the snowflakes)
-Assault Weapons Ban Dianne Feinstein-Style.
-Universal Background Checks.
-New Prohibited Class: Convicted of Misdemeanor “Hate Crime.” Kinda funny because I could not find Hate Crime codified in the Florida Statutes.
-Tax on guns and ammunition. But get this: “Revenue generated and collected under the tax imposed by this section shall be used to provide a grant of $500 to each teacher who qualifies for the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program but declines to participate in the program.” Huh? (This amendment was brought to you by Rep Evan Jenner. If the name sound familiar, you are right. It is his son.)
-Banning hollow point ammunition. Rep. Jenne again. You must surrender your existing cache by October 2018. The usual LEO and Military exceptions apply.
-Risk Protection Order again. We are moving to a California-Kamala-Harris-Style protection. You just need somebody that alleges “that the respondent poses a significant danger of causing personal injury to himself or herself or others by having a firearm
-Large-capacity magazine parts. If you have a follower or a floor plate that can be used in a High Cap mag, you will be considered a bad boy or girl.
-Liberals hate Mandatory Sentences, except if you discharge an Evil Back Rifle during the commission of ANY felony, you get an automatic 25 years in prison.

I am sure we all have more idiotic amendments from the House Democrats during the day.  I’ll update accordingly.

UPDATE #1

-State Mandated Gun Store Design (Welcome to the monkey cage. Seriously, fully caged like a WWE Match)
-16 Hours of extra training for CWP.
-No Large-capacity magazines, no grandfathering.
-No Large-capacity magazines, no grandfathering and with a 2 year sunset proviso. (Don’t ask me.)
-Stolen Firearm Police Report mandatory.
-1 million US dollars to give to the city of Orlando to make a memorial for Pulse shooting. ??????
-Florida’s version of ATF Form 4473 for State Firearm Registration.
ELIMINATION OF IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION
-Mix and Match of No Guns Under 21 with Universal Background checks.

UPDATE #2

-Individuals cannot manufacture a firearm. (How did I miss this one? No 80% receivers, NO AK build Clubs)
-Two year ban on AR-15. (Sweetening the pot for reluctant GOP who think they will be in charge in two years)

Florida Scools: Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program

The Armed Teacher Program was named Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program to honor the coach who used his body to protect students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. But after all the changes made to the bill and giving veto power to the highly left-wing School Boards that will assure the programs will never get started, the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program will come to denote that there will be another coach and another teacher murdered by a nutjob in another Gun Free School because the Florida Legislature across the board decided teachers are too damn stupid to defend themselves and their students with a firearm.

Make no mistake, once this bill becomes law, anybody who voted for it will be responsible for the next unimpeded school massacre.
