Swastika is the new Gay Pride.
Not The Onion;
After the Chicago Dike March kicked Jewish Lesbians for their Gay flag adorned with the Star of David I do believe it is fitting that the New Gay Movement uses the swastika as emblem.
Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

LARGO — Charges against a 40-year-old man involved in a fatal scuffle outside a St. Petersburg bar were dismissed this week after his defense attorneys invoked the state’s new “stand your ground” law.
Bobby Ryan of St. Petersburg was charged with manslaughter after he was accused of punching Christopher Motlenski, who later died from complications of his injuries. On Thursday, Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge Frank Quesada granted his motion to dismiss the case.

Again we have the mixing of SYG with Immunity from Prosecution. It is so embedded in their brains that they write about it and still do not get it.
“Under Florida law, a person “does not have a duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground” if they believe they or others could face imminent death or great bodily harm.”
Now, this is the narrative presented by the Defense lawyer to the judge:
“According to court records filed by Ryan’s defense attorneys, James Beach and Richard Watts, this is what happened the night of Feb. 10, 2016. At 2 a.m., Ryan and friend Torsten Simpson, arrived at Angelo’s Grill and Bar on First Avenue N in downtown St. Petersburg to pick up some sandwiches.
They were standing near the bar when Motlenski began an argument with them about their British accents. An employee escorted Motlenski, 53, outside. When Simpson and Ryan left the bar, Motlenski “continued to harass the defendant,” records stated. The men threw punches and Motlenski “bull charged” Simpson against a pair of doors, drawing other patrons’ attention.
That’s when Ryan punched Motlenski, who fell and hit his head on the pavement. Ryan was initially arrested on a charge of felony battery. After Motlenski died of complications, the charge was upgraded to manslaughter.”
So, unless the defense lawyer has cojones the size of ridding lawnmowers and lied to the court, we have a clear case of Self-Defense which begs the question why was the defendant arrested and charged in the first place or even better, once the investigation progressed, why wasn’t he released? So either the prosecutors did not have the clear evidence to get a conviction or they did not do their due diligence and prepared a basic minimum to show the judge “Hey, there is good evidence to take this to trial!”
The rights of the Defendant were sustained and public monies were not wasted. I can’t argue with that.
Those evil Floridians don’t care about Children! They are dying in droves and nothing is being done! BAN ALL THE GUNS!
There is no epidemic. Although we like to joke that stupidity is contagious, really is not transmitted by a biological entity but simply a failure to learn and in the case of guns, a concerted effort NOT to teach firearms safety to kids and even adults. Why? Because knowledge equals safety equals less death. Less corpses means fewer opportunities to make noise and raise funds. It is a bloody mercenary thing if you ask me.
The answer is more and more legislation which we know it does not help other than to make a nice photo-op for the local or state news. I went to the CDC’s website to check on drownings of kids since we already had several this year. Lo and behold, the info for death by accidental discharge and for drownings are next to each other:
So for ages ranging from zero to 14 (“Do it for the Children!”) we have 49 deaths by accidental firearms and 647 by drowning. Thirteen time more by water than by bullets. And that is for a total of just under 11 million pools in the USA, bit somehow thee same idiots expect zero accidents in a country with 350 million firearms which they know is impossible but have no issue peddling the idea they can make it happen if you only vote for them and give them money.
Now, if you are from Pluto and have not heard, for many years there has been legislation about pools and an effort to teach children as young as months-old to swim or at least survive in the water. Add to that and extensive line of merchandise to make pools “safe” (no such thing, just helping to reduce chances) with passive and active means. Yet, we see the numbers above and compared with deaths by accidental discharge of firearms, the numbers are staggering.
Now, if we follow the instruction book of the Opposition, we should start an immediate campaign against this malady by denouncing “rogue” pool builders, having demonstrations in front of pool supply stores like Pinch a Penny and we should even go ahead and ban water. Well, not ban-ban but common sense restrictions like fencing all bodies of water in the USA to keep people from accessing them. Having all private pools filled with dirt or totally removed. The use of public facilities only allowed to those with “official training” and the general public won’t be allowed to gather water inside their homes in containers bigger than 3/4 of a gallon. No water to be taken outside the home unless the person has a May Issue license issued by the local LEO and after showing good cause. I do believe that these are good “first steps” to eliminate the death by of our children.
Yes, it sounds that stupid applied to anything, but Gun Control groups are not after Gun Safety and will stand in the way of teaching safety even if it kills your kid.
MADISON, Wis. — Democrats pushed back Thursday against a Republican measure that would allow Wisconsin high schools to offer gun safety courses, arguing such classes aren’t appropriate and could generate fear in classrooms. The bill calls for the state superintendent to work with the Department of Natural Resources, police or an organization that specializes in firearm safety to develop the curriculum for the course. Schools wouldn’t be required to offer the class and live ammunition wouldn’t be allowed.

Their default position is to lie. Their goal is to maintain you and your family as much in danger as possible because they can only pass legislation of they can stack bodies up and blame it on guns.
To teach real gun safety, to teach something that would actually decrease accidental gun discharges goes contrary to their mission: No corpses, no funds raised, no power achieved.
