If they do, then I do not give 2 shits if I ‘spread” the virus to somebody who is not vaccinated and is in the high risk category as you pay your monies and you take your chances if you get sick.  And I give 4 shits if I give it to somebody who has a lower risk than me to develop problems because they are young and healthy.

And if the vaccine truly does not work, then why will I need to bother getting a booster shot at all? Or why those who are not vaccinated should care to get it if it does not work? And I don’t mean possible side effects but just plain waste of time and patience dealing with this COVID-BS variant Theater.

Again, this has become and exercise in the acquisition and keeping of power by the Government while employing the plight of sick people as bloody shirts to wave in support of their goals.  I have to say, our elected officials are behaving more and more like Palestinian terrorists using the bodies of the kids they used as human shields to garner support for further measures and .Gov stupidity.

So exactly what was the failure? The offender is a recurrent criminal who has been declared mentally incompetent several times and he was let go when he hit 18 years of age.

Gooch-Blacksmith was in trouble by the age of 10. At the age of 13 he stole a car and went into the Department of Children’s Services custody. While in their care he committed other crimes involving a shooting and robbery.

This is not the first time any of us has heard of a similar case. We know of predators old and young and we have learned to prepare for that as much as we can. Did the system fail? Failing is about half the default for the system and nobody wants to deal with the issue of violent criminals with mental issues because it is a hard thing to do. Blaming gun owners/systemic racism/global warming/etc. is easier and make for cooler tweets and TV soundbites for politicians.

The system is not designed to fail, but it is designed to weather,  and “profit” the fails rather than fix them. As long as fails exist, they can sell the idea they are needed to fix them and perpetuate the job.

And the victim failed for believing the System can be fixed and keep him safe.
