It appears to be a pharmacy of some sort, if my German-illiterate guess is accurate.
I’m not certain if this is the case, but I think that they also made this commercial a few years ago, it also was incredibly heart-touching.

A woman calls both sets of parents explaining that she and her husband are getting divorce and it’s nearly a done deal. [blah, blah, blah] Both sets say that they’re flying there as soon as possible. The wife hangs up and says to her husband, “OK. I’m getting them here for Passover. You’ll need to get them here for Rosh Hashanah.”
